I'd love to try and make this. What are the spices used to mix in with the flour? in the document it looks like its missing one ingrediant name "Add to flour - 2 tablespoons Salt, 2 tablespoons Black Pepper, 2 tablespoons ________, 3 tablespoons Paprika"

I was actually nervous watching their reactions. I would love to see someone do Filipino recipes as that cuisine relies on a lot of Spanish, Asian, and American influences. Also meat, lots of pork, they love their pork.

Can you do Nicaraguan food?! I think of the traditional foods Gallo Pinto is probably always vegan if it isn’t served with cheese but we do have other dishes and pastries that are not vegan!

This video misrepresented veganism. Vegan isnt simply just not eating meat. It excludes the usage of ALL animal products
Why deny your family bioavailable nutrition? They seem supportive. They will be there when it fails.
You do realize that cows, chickens, pigs, lambs & goats are herbivores, right? The "bioavailable nutrients" in meat is bc animals eat plants. Why would you filter the nutrients through a carcass, why not skip the middle man and just eat plants directly? In fact, why don't you list one nutrient that meat has, which plants don't already have. You won't find it. Meat is not some magical food with unique nutrients. Plant foods not only have the same nutrients, they have more of them (plus trace minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, etc.) whereas meat is pumped full of pharmaceuticals, hormones, supplements, and contaminants - fecal contamination, which leads to salmonella, e.coli, or listeria. I think I'll take my chances by getting my nutrients directly from the source.... in plants.
