I really haven't noticed anything different about Ryback. Of course there's things people complain about and that will never stop, but it all goes into time. WWE'14 will have improvements to his character most likely.

Intro is incorrect. He's supposed to put his head down then theres an explosion right before he says "WAKE UP!" (which i didnt expect THQ to add. Also i wish he had his elbow pads. AND... he's not buff enough. This looks like his Skip Sheffield (NeXus) physique, but with his Ryback attire.
THQ is the publisher of the game. It really doesn't matter if THQ goes bankrupt, because the next publisher could hire Yuke's (the actual developer of the game) and nothing would change.
