Umm he never crashed a boat in re4 but he did drive one during a boss fight.
Chris was smart, he left before anything could happen. He trolled both Jill and Claire.

Probably went like this:

Chris: So what's new?
Shows that an zombie invasion is coming to Raccoon City.
Chris: Yeah, fuck that!
He writes some made up bullshit and take the next train to europe.
Chris: Oh, i forgot to tell Claire not to come and Jill that i left. Hmmm... I could call but,...Do i have to do anything? I'm pretty sure they can take care of themselves. I mean, it's not like Jill haven't survived a zombie outbreak before. Well i could always surf porn sites mindlessly until some stranger mail me and tell me my sister's in danger and i could go and save her and come up with an bullshit excuse.

Every vehicle that Leon drives or rides in gets totaled. Even Ada noticed this in RE4 if you took her to the room where the tractor wrecked. Leon just cant drive it's like an in cannon inside joke.

2:21- I believe game creators included this scene to let players reflect on what are they going to do later when faced with the choice after defeating Leon.
Leon is a classic example of natural talent, to survive raccoon city as a rookie cop on his first day on the job. And by re4, he was able to hone his skills with government training and become a whole new level of badass. Leon even edged Chris in re6, and Chris has had more training and experience.
Please dude Leon is no where near Chris, Chris holds his own against B.O.W.S as if they are a joke, again better experience and training gives Chris the better edge here

Not with Vector there. HUNK is probably the strongest non-infected character and Vector was nearly his match as a protege. If it's Vector+Delta Team, it's a wrap for Leon.
Swish Scope you talking about re4 Leon? not this one Leon. because in re4 version is smarter and stronger and more agile. only one who match him is krauser in the version of re4. vector could whoop his ass in version 1 Leon. which is re2
+Swish Scope You're only paying attention to RE4 Leon's feats. His feats are really impressive but not as impressive as Vector/HUNK. Vector might be the most agile and smartest of them all besides HUNK. He was also trained his whole life in martial arts from the very best and was the best out of THOUSANDS of soldiers. Same with HUNK, only he's WAY more accomplished than any character in RE and he's been doing it since many years before RE0. Vector too, he joined not long after. Vector is also the stealthiest of them all and his accomplishments were also second to HUNK; a lot of his missions he took care of himself. HUNK was also completed his missions solo, every time.
Not only did Leon need help from Ada nearly every time to accomplish his tasks, but he had a companion from many others for most of his missions too. Leon even got edged by Chris in RE6 whose H2H isn't on HUNK/Vector's level, despite Chris only having the minimal training as a STARS before he kicked it up after seeing Wesker alive in RE:CV.

IIpocTo urpok. the fact that she, being just a simple citizen and with little knowledge of military fight or use of weapons, makes her miles cooler than any military trained character. It shows how potential and with a strong sense of survival that Claire has. She's simply the best! ❤💕
I don't think so. There is nothing special with her survival ability but simple "invincible main character" cliche. In reality, even a military trained characters wouldn't survive zombie apocalypse by themself. Maybe a groups like 4+ people (Wolfpack as example). Not even talking about biker girl that barely know how to throw a knife and shot, thanks to brother. Or first day police officer. No one of them even know the damn city! Of course Capcom wouldn't kill her (cannonic kill i mean) because of RE2 and RE:CV legacy. Not yet.

I honestly don't understand how they have any sanity left. all of the original characters I mean. realistically, they would all have a lot of mental and emotional problems from the things they've seen and had to cope with. yet, they just keep running into these situations and seem to be having no problem dealing with them lol.
especially leon and claire in raccon city. They dont look depressed..
In the movie Degeneration, Claire has a moment of regret(? and Leon gives her a speech of "I know our lives had a big turn years ago…"
That could be like an episode of trauma ?

honestly i don't think an event like that would automatically cause depression on the survivors
some would have PTSD of course, but that doesn't mean all of them would react the same and have depression after that
they made everyone become slightly cold and weird after the Raccoon City events and i don't think that's realistic
I mean, Claire had a bit more of time, but they eventually did the same with her on Revelations 2, there she sounds just like the rest, just like Leon, Chris and all the others that became very cold and distant
I don't think that kind of reaction suits Claire and they could have done a little better on showing how each of them feels about all of these events
they shouldn't all react the same and be depressed about it forever
maybe make them all have a different form of PTSD? maybe
but they needed to make each of them react differently

ik its happening but its gonna take forever since its "from the ground up". I know its only been five months but im impatient lol. Re2 for ps1 was the very first game I ever beat and played. So having that happen when I was 6, and me being 18 now is pretty nostalgic because my PS1 is M.I.A and I would kill to play that masterpeice one more time. Origins (0 & 1) will have to hold me off I guess.

In RE2 Leon was a brunette or red head (hard to tell between Gameplay or cutscenes). His hair did not change 2002 (Operation Javier). However in Darkside Chronicles,Leon is retelling RE2 who thinks of himself as a blonde cause of his hair at the time. ORC bases ALL character models off of DC so that explains Leon's hair

Remember getting this game when everyone said it was gonna be bad. Got it played it and enjoyed it.. at least until when I found out they sold me half a game when I couldn’t even play as the good. It was dlc 🙄

well first of all, this is a cool idea. Its oviously not something Capcom wud make to change the whole story, it for us fans. the only thing i dont like about it is that i go against my favorite characters...NO i will never even shoot one bullet at them. but this is a cool way to see the events of RE frrom another view

The FMVs were handled by an animation studio.
Had this game been released on the 3DS, it could have been forgiven and actually seen as a spinoff. It also would have been a great use of the engine if it maintained Gamecube-level visuals.

well, he'd heard about the mansion incident which is the main reason why he came to raccoon city, see umbrella figured every cop in RC knew about what they were doing so they figured they'd try to kill off every cop they find being it the R.P.D can expose them, they didn't know he'd just got into RC

True! but I prefer the look of RE2 (Even though it's static 2d images) It's 1998 and slightly Gothic looking. This looks like it's set in 2008 and thinking of it yeah it could be due to Umbrella's vast wealth, but still between RE2 and ORC the feel of Raccoon City has changed from Gothic horror to modern action sci-fi. Still havn't got around to playing this XD

In the video games. Leon's the man, but in the last Resident Evil film he was made out to be a wimp and had to take a back seat to Super Alice.
I just realised loool the truck driver wasnt responsible for trying to kill them, he is just a T-Virus victim, no common sense... LOOOL the reason he was driving is coz in resident evil 2's intro cutscene he got bitten at the petrol station LOOOL he fully turned Zombie already driving. So he mutated with his foot on the pedal, complete coincidence he nearly got leon and claire killed. AND THE DRIVING SCENE HERE WAS HILARIOUS JUST LOOK AT HIS FACE.

.... Leon had no knowledge of the Mansion Incident. Hell, he didn't even know Chris back then much less Jill Valentine (we don't even know if he's met her behind the scenes). The RPD dismissed ALL the claims brought forth by the surviving S.T.A.R.S members since the RPD was, by all intents and purposes, controlled by Umbrella (Chief Brian Irons was bribed by Umbrella to keep things 'hush hush').

It's not a bad game. As far as a timeline goes, it's somewhere between 2 and 3 so it makes sense for Leon and Claire to be there.
Now if you're talking about it being crappy in relation to the bugs, then sure. But it did just come out and release copies tend to be buggy no matter who makes them. New Vegas, for instance.

Are you talking about RE:2 ? The game is not canon. Of course Operation Raccoon City is not canon as well but the events regarding RE2 happened in the canon as shown in the original RE2 and the Chronicles which Death's Door chapter is a direct sequel for Ada in the series.
