Hi Steph, I’m in culinary school and when we make pasta we let the pieces soak in warm water to get rid of any flour residue left on the parts of the machine! Then you can spray out the parts and they’re basically clean! Love to see you learning! Cooking is so fun❤️
For anyone wanting to make their own pasta, the best flour is typically called 'pasta flour' 'pizza dough flour' or '00' flour, you can buy it in most supermarkets, at least you can in the UK. It's a higher grade/quality of flour and is ground finer so you get a smoother outcome and you don't tend to get the 'floury' taste! As for the egg vs water thing, the only difference is that egg pasta is richer and tastes better. Pasta made with water is the pasta which is then dried and boxed up, the kind you buy at the shops. The best perk of making/buying fresh pasta doesn't need to be cooked as long as dried pasta, a few minutes will do it!
You could put some Aquaphor in the small bottle she gave you and put it in your purse in case you need some for your lips when you're not at home. Or you could put it on your nightstand in case you need some for your lips during the night🙂 AND I LOVE LOVE LOVE your hair! Beautiful as always Steph!

Hersey and Mochi look so cute in their harnesses. That pasta maker looks like so much fun and the pasta looked great. If you don’t love garlic, those bigger cloves could count as two. Clearly you love garlic though, as do I, so you can count it as one! I actually prefer the bigger cloves because they tend to be easier to peel.
Gorgeous color and the length looks amazing on her! Yes the yellow was pretty terrible, this is just perfect and it looks so natural! Hopefully with maintenance it stays this lovely.

homemade pasta has a huge taste difference from store bought pasta! it’s so yummy!! i make it every once and a while, but instead of a machine like yours i just make the pasta dough by hand then run the dough through the pasta attachment i have for my kitchen aid 🥰

Yes this color looks so much better then that warm blonde tone that was getting brassy. The extensions blend well and the dark hair with highlights is pretty. Great hair can uplift anyone.

Hey Steph. Try an oil based cleanser for your mascara instead of rubbing so hard on your eyes. That skin is very delicate! That pasta machine is super cool! It always looks super time consuming/difficult to make when I’ve watch them do it all from scratch in cooking shows.

Yes the dog sizing! I have a spring spaniel and 2 german shorthaired pointers and any clothing I get them is AT LEAST XL, and they're not HUGE dogs. It's so hard to order and wonder if it will actually fit!

Your a great chef lol and I love the idea of making home made pasta because you know whats in it and you don't have all of that other artificial crap in it.
To keep your pasta from sticking - add it to a bowl/cookie sheet and add a bunch of flour. That will keep the individual noodles from bunching up and making one big noodle.

If you dry the homemade pasta shells in the sun for a day or two, it becomes like actual store-made pasta, and you can even store it.

27:30 Micellar water helps to remove makeup in general, but you can get one specifically for waterproof mascara. I like the Garnier brand.

Hi Steph! To avoid tangle, try flour once the pasta is our of the machine. Before creating the nest, put flour on the pasta, so it doesn't stick❤
