when putting the stand off screws into the backplate was there backplate tight to the motherboard or quite loose? mine seems to be quite loose im not sure if this is normal? (this is before attaching the cooler)
Yes after installing the stand offs the back plate was loose. It had me worried as well. But as soon as I put the pump in place I had to push the back plate forward so the standoffs would reach the thumb screws and it tightened up perfectly.

@@tom6205 best news I've heard all day! Thanks
I just got my elite lcd H150i 360 mm yesterday.... after the install my fans and ring on pump light up. The pump is recognized on the iCUE software. I am unable to display anything on ring besides the basic colors. No Temps or GIFs. When I watch other videos i see that others have extra options for the screen that are not showing for me in the iCUE software. Is this a software or install issue?
Do you already have a answer for this issue?
where do i find the fans that comes with cooler thank you
So this shows all the connections?…. What about the temp plug the connector is a 3 wire with only 1 wire in it and the commander has a 2 wire plug on it and my motherboard has a 2 wire plug on it labeled temp as well ?
does this works on the upcoming LGA1700?
Are u able to replace the fans?
So did all of this but my AIO doesn't show up in my bios or other software such AI Suite.. Any ideas as to why? Is it a faulty unit?
Oh now you got an am4 bracket huh. Do a video on just the lcd kit on an existing h150i please.
It's quite easy just remove 4 screws and the old pump head comes off and just screw in 4 screws and the new lcd is magnetic
@@capsikseason we don't have to change mounts or anything?
@@KatDiesel25 naah u don't need to change mounts if u buy a new lcd elite cooler they have changed the mounts but if u have the older elite capellix and just buy a upgrade kit u won't need to change mounts
@@capsikseason new mount is actually much better than the old mount.
@@TheSjuris yeh it's good I don't mind the old mount had no problems with it but do prefer the new one
Will this be compatible with the new ryzen 7000 series?
when can I get this ???
What if the fans are not turn and the lights are not going on but the LCD display works
Do I need pud paste between Corsair and Processor ???
where did you get the cat face gif? :O
Am I supposed to put a coolant or some liquid in?
Strange the QL Fans in this build do not have pink broken LEDs.
Fix for lcd screen not working use usb slot on motherboard separate from controller
I bought this from Corsair’s website and it didn’t even come with a 1700 bracket. The chat support even told me directly it was.
Will the LCD add-on kit come with the new AM4 brackets?
It doesn't need a bracket, u'll install it to the top of the pump, if i know right but Corsair also has a video about it
@@szabozoltan3165 Yes, I know about that but was wondering if the new AM4 bracket would be included as it’s an improvement over the old AM4 bracket. Anyways, I already watched an unboxing video and the answer is no.
Will there ever be a 280mm one?
Why can't you do it on the Intel section too?
Can this be installed into the nzxt h510i flow?
Can not find this for sale??
The Cooler doesnt show up in the ICUE software
can i buy this am4 bracket somewhere?
I’d totally buy it if it was available with a 360mm rad
It is, 240, 360 and 420!
i have instaled it like that and its not straight like on the video hope u guys fix that
Version white ?
