- In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 2006 Dodge Charger SRT-8. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

I love these 2006 to 2010 dodge chargers they look aggressive as all hell and are pretty quick.
For sure. The 06-10 Charger is my personal favorite of the nameplate. Would love to find a clean SXT or R/T someday, if my Grand Prix gets too expensive.
The quality and standards on car interiors has improved so much in 10 years its almost unbelievable. This thing was probably close to top of the line back then for dodge.
You know for it's age I personally consider this the best looking charger

The airaid cold air intake adds like 12 hp, also a performance exhaust will add some horsepower as well, But yeah the stock srt8 that year has 425 hp

Today i bought a 2014 Charger Srt8 Superbee with a very very low miles on it, i’m in love with the design, looks so mean and the 6.4 L engine is a masterpiece. Came with a stock exhaust so trying to figure out what can i do to make it sound better

2) I WANT ONE DODGE CHARGER (LX) SRT8
I know this review is a little old, but I was wondering if you know/remember if the previous owner added an aftermarket exhaust or did the person just straight pipe it ?

@RayPaganJr unfortunately the bad guy's way is the only way at the moment, but hey, once you hit rock bottom the only way to go is up right! I'm glad you had a taste of this country and liked it and had the chance to visit. There is some nice places to visit here I just wish a lot more people could say the same thing, oh well, keep that hemi growling!

@willy93billy I have the 2006 SRT8 that came with navigation. Mine is fully loaded minus the DVD player. I can't remember anyone ever sitting in my back seats. Only mods are the K&N cold air intake and Zoomers, which sound awesome.

I had a 2006 Dodge Charger SXT and I owned it many years! I got it in 2012 as a used pre owned vehicle, I was ready for a new car in 2015 and I sold it back to my local dodge dealer, I first payed for the car 13K for the first time I bought it and when I sold it, Dodge recalled it due to rust and they payed me 9K to buy it back, and I just decided to drive the charger until, last year I was on the high way and a black Kia Forte was refilling has when a white Mazda C-X5 was in front of me and they weren’t paying attention and totaled the Kia and I had no choice to turn and crash into someone else or the car in front so I chose car in front, I chipped the whole top right corner of the car basically half the engine bay and Allstate put me at fault for some reason and I had to pay extra... so I either got it fixed witch costs way more than the original price of the car so instead I sell it for salvage... I do miss that car yet I am happy with my 2017 Honda Accord EX.

I paid exactly the same for my RT. 54K miles on my Charger when I bought it.

The SRT8 is a better all around car in my opinion, 4 doors, semimanual, comfortable seats, spacious interior, and a monster under that hood for bringing some whoopass to the road.
That is the most comfy backseat that I have ever ridden in
