Just wanted to say sorry to your customer who missed out on the dragonfly from your previous video. I live here in Vegas, and as soon as I saw that video, I went to the Goodwill and it was still there. I was so happy to get it. Even though you disappointed one person, you made another very happy. Love watching your videos!
I believe your vintage hatpin holder. Is a hors d'oerve holder, it fit on a flat wood platter, the center hole fit a wood peg in the center or the platter. You stick cheese or other on toothpicks and place them in the holes on the wood orb. In the center of a platter, the crackers, or other go around the raise toothpick holder.
39:46 That is a souvenir item from Wuxi, near Shanghai, China. The characters represent the name in Chinese. The flowers are plum blossoms. Cherry blossoms have spikes at the tip of each petal, while plum petals are round. Traditionally, the Chinese have favored plum blossoms, and the Japanese cherry blossoms.
FYI-the blue glass oil burner is marked Mt. Saint Helens. Some artists use ashes from the volcano eruption in their glass works. That's what the white dots are on the surface. :)
I had the complete set of the mushroom pots and pans even the tea kettle. Gave them all to a young couple just starting out. I lost touch with them. But I know she loved them and yes it was the 70's.
I must say that thrift AL is very respectful of people’s belongings and how they are displayed absolutely lovely I’ve never seen a more beautiful thrift ever. I really enjoyed this trip
What a beautiful store! Prices make it just a bit hard for you as a reseller, but for somebody buying for their own home, for gifts, etc, it’s a wonderful treasure trove!! Thanks for taking us with you there. The round wooden ball with the holes was originally attached to a round wooden tray. The holes are for toothpicks holding hors d’oeuvres. The tray could hold either more hors d’oeuvres on crackers, crackers and cheese cubes, etc or small cocktail napkins and other things. I think it might have been made of myrtlewood? My grandmother had one when I was a child and it was passed on to us. I’m not sure what happened to it. My favorite was when my mother put cocktail shrimps on toothpicks and the tray held small dishes of cocktail sauce and other sauces along with crackers. ETA: the ball wasn’t attached in the center. It sat off to one side along the edge leaving the tray almost entirely free.
I'm so excited I had to stop after watching 8 minutes to comment about how excited I am about you going to new locations and this trip is exciting and I'm just so into it and your new ventures and just can't wait. Also subscribed to Bear's channel too. Y'all go visit it!! He was sooooo well behaved at the park! Good dog!
I really enjoyed visiting a new thrift shop with you. The Assistance League Thrift Shop is beautiful! I love the way that they display the china sets. What a brilliant idea!
A single candle looks nice on a small table with some flowers. A single hand blown drinking glass would look wonderful with flowers in it or put some sand and a candle. I also mix different candle holders together. They look nice. Thank you for your videos!! Love all that you do, sharing Bear and cats.
Love that you you will be showing other Thrift Stores now. Assistant League one of my favorites in Las Vegas! I have found many little gems there. Thanks Tiffany, you do a great job with the videos!!
Tiffany, I live in upper Michigan and am jelly of ur Temps there. It is 38 degrees here. Very cold at night with snow still.... I think Mother Nature might be drunk lately and blacked out for all spring....lol
I have an update on the mushroom pans. I ran into the "young"lady I gave my set to. She's still using them and the little 4 year old she had at the time just turned 40!!! I feel so old.
Loved seeing you shop at ALOLV instead of GW. The silk says "WUXI" which is a Province in mainland China known for painted textile art and pottery. The love bird onyx lamp is exquisite. The brass design stamps appear to be wax seals,, but without the handle the would be inserted for use; not sure why so many, unless someone bought out the whole stock from a stationary store. Blessings, La'Del Cassidy
I agree on seals used with a press for stationary for those round items; also I think that's a round hot pad holder instead of multi-candle holder lol. Enjoy your videos very much, thank you! I am trying to learn about Glasswear marks:)
Don't remember ever going thru this store before. Its more interesting than going thru Goodwill. Their stock looks alot better & the store seems cleaner. You found alot of nice things. I really like the lamp w/ the stone birds !
Wow! What a gorgeous thrift store. I hesitate to call it that. It’s more of a boutique for thrifters. Love it. ❤️ At 20:53, the watermelon bowl would be great for the person who purchased the wooden watermelon picnic plates on a previous video. 🍉
Hi Tiffany, want to wish you & your family a very happy & healthy new year. I saw many items at the T. store that I would have liked to buy for myself, but I live in New York (LI). But u did a great job in your findings. I love your animals, bear he's beautiful, & the cats are loving, what a lucky lady you are. Talk soon.

Hi Tiffany, the pottery piece with the cutouts around the top looks like a teaspoon holder that was in fashion around 30 years ago with potter's in Australia. You would help yourself to a teaspoon when you had been given a tea or coffee to add your own sugar and after you had finished with your spoon you would put it in the middle. I loved all the wonderful things in that shop they were great.

I am sooo envious of your thrift store shopping items! I've seen you walk right past the things that make me drool as they're not in your genre of sellable items. I love everything Star Trek, and all of those colored hinged lid jars, canisters, and bottles! My local thrift stores are over priced and full of worn out and chipped things. I drive at least an hour in all four directions to have better luck thrifting. Thank you for sharing your shopping trips with all of us! I always feel like I'm shopping with you, and you stop and look at almost everything that I always stop for too. lol
I can't wait to go to garage sales and thrifting with my girlfriend again, at this time l' m Full time caregiver for my husband..So at night I can watch your channel.. Thank you so much ..for the education also ,warmest regards..
Hugs to you. I was also my dear husband's caretaker. I know how challenging it can be. Sadly I lost him in October 2019. We made the very best of a tough situation so I am fortunate to have some nice memories even so. Take care of yourself so you can remain strong.
Hugs n Prayers for you🌻 I was a caregiver for my Sweet Momma❤ We moved her in 6yrs ago. She had Dementia. I also was for my Sis who never had children or married. we moved her 4 blocks from us. So my hubby and I could see to her. She passed July 26th then Momma passed 2wks later. I had 3 flea market booths and went to auctions n sales before moving Mom in. I just couldn't put the time needed to have them. I love vintage jewelry. My Dad could look at glassware and tell you exactly what it was and value. I wish I had learned more. But I am learning from Wonderful Tiffany and a few other channels. I have been buying at a Goodwill 28miles from me. And I will start with a showcase and work my way up to other selling. @@ThriftingVegas oh I will be going online to check it out. We went to goodwill a few weeks back. It is an hour and a half to 2 hours away.. I found so many great books.
Wonderful organization!!! Nice store, beautiful merchandise!! WOW!!! I notice how "clean" and sparkling the glass shelves are, and the merchandise looks in near new condition. Just wonderful.
I believe your blue and brown “toothbrush holder” is a pipe stand. My dad used to smoke pipes and he had a similar item where his pipes stood, bowl down and stem in the little slots.
Great thrift store , gotta love the mushroom pot and only $2. Some really great finds. So very glad to see Bandit and have a lovely visit in with him. Although I enjoy Bear, I lost my dear puss almost a year ago and seeing Batdit helps fill that void ❤ Thanks for another informative, relaxing video. 😊
Love your channel!! Always love your pottery finds, especially the drip glaze ones!! Bear is adorable!! You should put a go-pro on him when he is running around and playing!!
I love to watch your shopping videos. You sure do know what you are doing when it comes to the antiques and how to run your business. Good luck and hope all is well with the family and your self. Grateful Watcher
I was at a church sale today and saw so many things that you would've picked up. I don't buy pottery but I saw several things that reminded me on you lol I have that hot air balloon mug at 22:33 ! I love that mug. Huge fan of 70s mushroom things. So cute
Your videos are my favorite!! Sometimes I binge watch! Every time I’m in a goodwill , I tell them I wish they were set up like your ship in Las Vegas, or the one you visit with your mum and dad down south in Ca. The one’s closest to me are small, overcrowded and things are haphazardly thrown about where finding something can be a miracle. I’ve been headed to more privately owned or no. Profit places that are much more organized. Every time I go thrifting I think if you , and heAr your lovely accent! Looking forward d to more videos and footage of Bear!! Thank you for taking us on these fun treasure hunts!!
Hello! Thank you for your kind message! I'm thrilled to have you thrifting along with me! Hi, I just love your videos. As many have said before your voice is very calming. The 3 ring blue candle holder is just like the ones I had growing up in Germany. You use it for childrens birthday parties. You put one candle for the age of the child and the middle disk also takes a candle, usually a taller one. We called it the "life candle" and let it burn until the birthday cake etc. was done. We did not put candles into cakes in those days. This was in the 50's - I don't know if its still used today. PS. The candles should not be the tapered ones, just some thin short ones, but bigger than "cake" candles and the toadstools are a symbol of GOOD LUCK (Glueckspilz). Just thought you might want to know.
Hello Heike. I'm very happy to hear you're enjoying my videos, thank you! I love learning about the items I pick up and you have given me a wonderful explanation of this adorable piece and a lovely mental picture of candles twinkling on it at a children's birthday party! I appreciate it and thank you so much. 😄❤💕
I just have to tell you about my mixed jewelry bag from Thrift here in St. Pete. for $40. Found 14K Tennis Bracelet w/1/3 caret crystals. My jeweler valued at $550! Wow. Thank you for helping me so much.
I enjoyed this new thrift store. So much cleaner and better displayed and organized than good will. All the items seem to be very clean!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks for showing your car trip ,..I seen a" 7 11" gas station store,..I miss the big gulps and nachos,..in Colorado..Ther are no 7 11's here in Montana 😕
Hi Tiffany - Congratulations on 70k subscribers! Great haul today! I love the row your boat trinket box, the blue oil burner, the zodiac trinket box, the calla lily candle holder and of course my favourite the onyx parrot 🦜 lamp! Magnificent finds Tiffany. That was a beautiful clean store. All the items were so clean and well displayed. Looking forward to you going back.🤗
What a fabulous store! I may have been enticed to shop as a collector. :-) I also think you should consider keeping that stunning onyx bird lamp and leave it right where it is at on your lovely dressing table. Tiffany, the first thing that popped in my mind when I saw the little round stamps is could they be backgammon pieces? Bandit, you are such a good boy and I love your sleeping sink. But where is Ziggy??? Bear, you are a good "Sheperd" Watching over Mum and Dad. :-)
That candle holder would make a great water fountain with the hole through the top. Just place a water pump underneath with a tube through the top center. Obviously, you will need to put it in another larger bowl to catch water. Nice haul! Love your videos! Mia
I found a Glassy Baby! 1.99 at a local thrift store! Believe was the name! It was brand new, never used, still had original sticker on the bottom!
Woo hoo. Congrats!
Great...keep on thrifting!!!!

Thank you for sharing Tiffany have a blessed day stay safe and healthy. 🙏❤🙏❤🙏
LOVED this video. Going somewhere different made it so interesting. 🙂
Wow Tiffany..you found some beautiful pieces as usual..
I just have to tell you about my mixed jewelry bag from Thrift here in St. Pete. for $40. Found 14K Tennis Bracelet w/1/3 caret crystals. My jeweler valued at $550! Wow. Thank you for helping me so much.
Wonderful find Eileen!! Congratulations!! 😀❤
Omg! I love that grey ostrich leather purse! Wish you would’ve gotten it so I could buy it from you!
Yes, that was nice, wasn't it? I no longer carry a purse but when I did, that would have been fab.
You can shop anywhere and we will watch
Thank you Susan! I so appreciate you! 😀❤
I enjoyed seeing a new store, even though they were priced too high. Thank you for shopping there. 😀

I enjoyed this new thrift store. So much cleaner and better displayed and organized than good will. All the items seem to be very clean!! Thanks for sharing!!
Time 38:02 . A round pink rhinestone brooch would likely been a good piece for resell. That tray had possibilities. IMO.
That caught my eye too
It's always fun goinf thrifting with you, :)
Looking
forward to you going back.🤗
That blue glass with the white swirl is so beautiful
Mia
