There's no holding you back Tony, another inspiring video many thanks for sharing it. How easy (or hard) is it to make a coffee machine and fridge in 00 gauge as it has been said that my office interior is great just needs coffee or tea making facilities to make it look even better. Cheers for now Barry.👍☕🫖
Good morning Barry. The list of detailing would have been endless. i would have liked to added more if only i had the time i would have added more. Part 17 video is almost complete. with Sid finally getting his office furniture. may thanks again for commenting, take care my friend. all the best Tony.
I have to admire your attention to the interior details. Aside from the occasional open door and big window, I don't tend to bother as I don't light my buildings. It's more down to my electrical skills than anything else. I followed your platform measuring technique and have ended up with a perfect double curved platform on my layout. Cheers Tony. Carry on the good work.
Hi Davie, that is brilliant news that your platforms have ended in a perfect construction. and that you are pleased with your efforts. it is also satisfying that i get feedback from people like yourself that have had their own successes with making things for their layout. many thanks any happy modelling my friend. cheer's for now Tony.
Good morning Tony, I'm a bit late this week but we've been in Surrey with the grandchildren and it's been quite busy. Not just the fact the granddaughter decided to wake us every morning at 7 o'clock and promptly climbed it bed with us until she got us up,😂😂. Very much enjoyed seeing all the furniture being built, people are correct in saying you have patience which you do by the bucket load, but its this detail that brings your railway to life, its the characters we see that have developed over the years, they put so much into the the railway, this is what gives us a moment in time. I'm sure for you it's memories of a childhood, but for me it's pure nostalgia. My memories of steam was travelling from Clacton-on-sea to London and then onwards to catch the boat train at either Heysham or Stranraer over to Ireland to visit family. Anyway as usual you've set me off on a path of my own memories, and when I think back a happy childhood. Take care both, love to Laura Eddy Anne and my ever demanding grandchildren. Xxx
Another inspirational update on the rebuild of Tyne Dock Station Tony. I'm sure your subscribers are more than happy to follow your progress, regardless of length of time it takes. Great modelling, love it.
Absolutely Steve, sometimes explanation is more important to get across in these videos. i don't often over the 30 minute mark. but i think your right to say the subscribers like to the story. thanks again. cheer's Tony.
I hope all these nice people appricate your hand build furniture, but must importantly, good old Yorkshire tea the way tea should be, and a sticky Bun while they watch the trains go by. Hoping that one day, one of them will stop and they can stop taking the bus to work. Martin. (Thailand)
Hi Martyn. very true the busses have been very busy of late. it wont be long before the ticket office stamping machines will working flat out. thanks again for your kind words of support. cheer's for now Tony.
Thank you Rob, The best part of making these buildings is adding the interiors. especially when the rooms are finally lit up. have a great weekend my friend. Tony.
Great video Tony. I’m glad you showed us how to make the chair again. I had forgotten that. Fabulous details in those rooms now. I’m taking my wife away for a couple of days later this week and we’re going to Exbury gardens having seen your video. She also wanted to go to Bucklers Hard so we’re having a night away in Southampton. Just for a little treat. Look forward to seeing your next update. Roy.
Good morning Roy. I Know you will have a great day out at Exbury Gardens and Bucklers Hard. i hope you will have good weather. i think we were very lucky on our day out. the chairs are so simple but fiddly. its my pleasure to share the builds with you. take care for now Tony.
Nice video Tony. I like how you make all the interior details yourself! it's very easy to buy something off the shelf and put it in the building but the fact you make them all from scratch just shows the craftsmanship and effort you put into making the buildings.
Hello Nicholas. that is so true. most items you can buy now. but making them yourself makes the rooms even more unique. many thanks for commenting. cheerio for now Tony.
Another great video from the master detailer, Tony. I did my interior builds a little differently. First I install 2 joining exterior walls. Second, detail interior sides of outer walls. Third, place in all my furniture and other bits and bobs. Fourth, install all interior walls. Fifth, detail the interior sides of last two exterior walls. Sixth, install a removable roof. So that one can see the interior. My method was probably more chancy and iffy then yours. But it worked for me. Still love the way you do your builds. You have 10 times the skill I had 50 years ago. Our best to you and Laura. Bill and Janet from California.
Hello Bill & Janet. interesting way that you have done your interiors, but the end result end up same. in some cases it is worth having a lift of roof for access to repairs. the thing is i am still learning new ways of putting things together. thank you for commenting and have a great weekend. cheer's Tony Laura. 👍👍👍👍👍
Once again, great work. At long last I've decided to use the Metcalfe mainline station for my second station but I'll change it (kit bash it I suppose) for my own purposes and include interiors and features like yours. Especially appealing are the water fountains like those you've included. I'm also going to include lighting - something I've never done before. Who knows, it might work without me setting the house on fire! Thanks again.
Good morning Alfie, Good Choice of building i have seen how people can adapt that building to make their own. i do wish you well with the build. my only advice is make sure the leds you have the resister's with them. The long leg is the live. if do this then you should have no issues. enjoy the build. all the very best Tony.
Another fantastic job, Tony, it's coming along brilliantly looking forward to seeing the rest of the build and lighting, all the best to you and your family.
Hello John. thank you for commenting. as you have probably guessed i am currently working on the furniture for Sid's office, Ticket office and the waiting room, so hopefully i can these items all done in time for next Friday. until then cheer's for now Tony.
Well Tony, excellent again and that’s another video to save for future reference! You have a basket full of build ideas and techniques in episode 15 & 16. Do like the refreshment layout, hope you get a free cake and tea for your efforts! Just occurred to me internal detail like this just works in OO and certainly with some of yours you have extra large windows e.g. SSS to enhance viewing. I just can’t see it working anything like this in TT120 as window areas become so small and a significant limiting factor. All the best Stephen
Good morning Stephen. Thank you for commenting. very true TT120 is a in-between scale from OO -N gauge. the big advantage with TT120 is the amount of scenery detail you can have which would make the layout a lot bigger than oo Gauge. plus lots more buildings. well its a bit late for me to start a layout in TT120. but you never know. stay safe my friend. cheer's Tony.
WOnderful, and very cool how simple the idea is to make the furniture (a lot of work to design and measure, but simple concept, if that sounds fair to say). Brilliant, as always.
Hi Tony I have had a catch up this week watched three videos in one sitting ! I am afraid I would not be able to do the little things like the phones I have been detailing my factory's with ods and sods but no where near as skilful as yours I am retro fitting lights as well anyway great videos all the best to you and mrs T
Good morning James. The factory your detailing sounds very interesting. as i have not done a factory. but i am already contemplating my next build. its a tough choice between a police station or a hotel. the future is looking bright for mini builds at the moment. take care my friend. stay safe Tony.
Would the lockers be big enough for Mr Staples, the Chief Clerk to keep his duffel coat in? Hopefully the Vicker will be able to keep his goats somewhere in the vicinity. It is probably best not to upset him about such personal matters? I am inclined to think old Mrs Crab Apple will be helping out with the dusting in the office and Mrs Winkles will be a clicker clacking in her white stillerod making her way to the station office every morning. A brilliant modelling session Toney, and easily explained. Toodley Pip, The Librarian.
Good morning Mr Liberian, this story is a bit like the tails of the unexpected as we never know what we are going to get each week. thanks again my friend. Tony.
Good morning Tim, I am sorry to hear that you are a T,N,E addict. and i am afraid to say that there is no cure available at this present time. but if the symptoms persist the best thing to do is to go and have a cup of tea. sometimes that helps. many thanks for commenting. take care for now Tony.

Hello Tony
Absolute master class in scratch building.
You include incredible detail in every build.
Take care

Your detail is so wonderful and plentiful. Your interiors are worthy of premium doll houses. Love your work, Tony
