Make a video on hormonal acne, comodonal acne , acne spot , black heads & skin lightning
For extreme oily skin
If you have hormonal acne first try to work on it by balancing the disturbed hormones. Becoz nothing works best if u have hormonal acne unless u balance them with diet and exercise and tablets or whatever needed.
Use melasure gel for skin lightening at morning with sunscreen.
Do double cleansing it helps you for comedonal acne and use non comedogenic products.
Use salycylic acid with niacinamide for black heads comedonal acne and open pores
Use on dry skin deriva cms gel which has adapelene and clindamycin works on hormonal active acne and also acne spots known as PIH. Use it twice a week then after it gets used to increase it to three to four days a week
Use a gel based moisturizer.
Use ipca acne UV gel spf 30 or 50 it’s silicone and very much suitable for ur skin.
Never eat deep fried dairy and gluten sugary foods. And wash your hands before touching on face
Use a salycylic acid face wash once at night by letting it stay for 2mins then wash it off…. Use pharmacy ones it won’t dry u more

My Skin concerns are-
•Dull and tanned face
•Normal skin not too dry or too oily
•but since last year i am facing some acne issue on my right cheek and right chin also that area has become dark brown only its like a circle of small bumps which does not vanish at all sometimes is lessens but then again maybe around period gets agrravated this is the most irritating thing i am facing
•have dark circles may be hollow eyes
•around my mouth area and chin there is darkness
•only when i wash my face with facewash it looks good for some time then again dull and dry no plump

I also had same issues like yours and I did plenty of mistakes having no proper knowledge. But in this world we are having plenty of options and it’s bit very confusing to choose which product and I wasted tons of time money in this…. But at last I came to an end and sorted things as per nipun mam.
My AM routine:
1)Face wash that suits me
2)Cosrx snail mucin essence on damp skin
3) melasure gel pea size weekly 7 days.
4)gel moisturizer (acmist in pharmacy, Clinique expensive one)
5)sunscreen three fingers
PM routine:
1) double cleansing
2) on dry skin sebogel from pharmacy( has 1% Salycylic acid and nicotinamide) pea size then moisturizer) I do this twice a week.
2)I use deriva CMS gel which helped me healing acne and acne marks PIH… as its very very effective with plum 5% niacinamide serum,Twice a week. Now I only get acne if I eat junk or disturbed sleep pattern or hormonal imbalance
3)left rest days I double cleanse and on my damp face apply cosrx snail mucin essence or u can even use hyaluronic acid from L’Oréal serum +plum 5%niacinamide+physiogel moisturizer for barrier protection.
4) once in 15 days I do low strength chemical peel as nipun mam suggested way.
Be consistent with this u will absolutely find results I have seen difference it took me 3 months and still I am consistent but do not forget sunscreen it’s the game changer.
Deriva cms is so effective and underrated that it also can be used as spot treatment which can heal active acne also.
Don’t use too much actives and damage skin barrier. This is only the things helped me.
For dark circles I drink enough water and don’t use too much phone as blue light leads to pigmentation and severe damage and use melalumin eye serum available in pharmacy.

Melasma comes in many stages. It can be light melasma with scattered pigmentation. It can also be deep melasma. I have a lot of routines in the melasma playlist. I would recommend that you check out a few videos basically look at the pictures that I have shown and then decide which routine is right for you.

Hi Melasure has no ingredient that can actually exfoliate your skin. You can use it in the PM routine but understand it will not exfoliate your skin. Azealic acid can give you mild exfoliation. Otherwise, you will have to look at a lactic glycolic or mandelic acid.

No!! Glycolic acid is very very potent it should be used MAXIMUM two times a week. Also glycolic acid is an exfoliant in itself, you don't need extra exfoliation.

Why there is nothing wrong in using niacinamide 10% morning and evening in some cases, it may lead to a little bit of dryness and irritation so if you want to use niacinamide twice a day, I recommend opting in for a 5% concentration

Even if you’re doing night shift, you can still follow the melasma routine nighttime skincare routine because when you’re doing night shift, you don’t have exposure to any Sunlight just make sure that when you leave your place of work in the morning, you apply sunscreen very very well after you reach home and you take a shower before you go ahead and get your sleep. Just follow the morning skin care routine but you can skip your sunscreen at that time because hopefully you will be sleeping with your curtains closed. I hope I could answer your question correctly.

The derma co cica serum already has niacinamide in it so adding niacinamide on top of it is not as essential. However, if you want, you can lay a 5% niacinamide on top of the cica glwo serum

A hybrid serum with alpha arbutin and niacinamide should not be applied after using the aha bha serum after aha bha you should be using a pure niacinamide serum either in 5% or in 10%

Nasobial folds at such a young age are usually because of genetics and that is something we do not have control over you can start following an anti-aging routine that will help smooth out the lines, but to get rid of these folds you will need to explore fillers from a dermatologist

During pregnancy, it is not advised to use AHA or BHA. However, you can use Azealic acid 10%. This will mildly exfoliate your face.
