    Ohhh, disregard my other message. The first hole alignment is not as important because it’s only used as a reference for the second hole. My bad

    I’m not picking on you but every video I see about this product show the most basic use for this jig. How about showing how to put dowels into two 2x4’s on the end. I figured it out with some trial and error but these videos are showing what we can figure out on our own and nothing about using it on complicated situations. I watched so many videos showing me what you are showing and basically, it’s useless info.

    You seemed to skip a very important part. How did you find the exact drill mark? Did you look through the hole and guess? That’s the most important part, both boards have to be drilled ideally. Maybe I missed something.
