"If you want to live, you have to actively seek out happiness in your life. That doesn't mean that your problems aren't real, or that things can't be hard or that you can't be sad. It just means that, for me, happiness doesn't have to be this grand thing, it can be in the little things."

Aisha, your story really connected with me. Nobody should have to go through what you are facing but the way you are approaching it is a true inspiration for anyone. Happiness is in the small things if we truly look and want to see it. All the best for you and may your treatment allow you to enjoy many more moments of happiness.

I found this very nice and " living" video, full of life. Followed a link from a game company. I can just say you are so right and got insights. Me myself almost died about a year ago. Bc of Covid, fxck it. One evening i got a call from a salesperson, we started talkl around for a while. He asked me "What's your insight from your experience on the brink of death?" I was stunned, there was no enlightened moment. Just as you say, love the life you can have every day. Enjoy smal things, even just sitting here tired in a chair. Accept it, enjoy it, be grateful for it. Love and god wishes from an old, fat, stubborn guy, try to live in a forrest region in Sweden. 💚
