@@Cali62825....you can use the attachment for the kitchen aid (it's the grinder with knife/plate removed ) with the 'kidney plate' installed but only the inexperienced will do this. Much more work and lesser quality product results. Auger causes smashing & heating of product. Spend the $ for a 5# vertical stuffer and you'll enjoy making it more and the quality will be higher.
