    Made this recipe many times, the pork broth makes a huge difference VS just using water

    He said the trinity was garlic, bell peppers, and onions. I think he meant celery, not garlic.

      Kitchen Aid makes one. Less expensive than a complete sausage stuffer.

      ​@@Cali62825....you can use the attachment for the kitchen aid (it's the grinder with knife/plate removed ) with the
      'kidney plate' installed but only the inexperienced will do this. Much more work and lesser quality product results. Auger causes smashing & heating of product. Spend the $ for a 5# vertical stuffer and you'll enjoy making it more and the quality will be higher.
