My condolences to the family. Obviously need a whole new set of physical training requirements. A loss of life not replaceable Jobs are. Strive for being trained for the situation this looked like a lack of communication by about seven or eight officers. Yes it looks as bad as it is.

Update: he was found with a shank and drugs in his cell that’s the reason why he started to fight back, he wasn’t complying, and he has a lengthy criminal history
Ive been locked up here in Tarrant country over 7 times and they ignore you treat you like crap an dont care. The pepper spray an force is what did it. Now its time to pay for what theyve done.....SUE the jail!!
