A man being constantly late for work gets fired, a man killing another man is a whole different story, but he only gets fired as well??????? I noticed all the while they were trying to help the guy who died, they still couldn't take the cuffs off him????
I am absolutely confused WHY that jailer felt he needed to kneel on the prisoner's back when he was laying prone and he was non combative. That jailer had to weigh 350-375. And the prisoner was laying prone, NOT supine.
Said the same, they probably use him in these situations. Probably not the first time someone’s died, but they couldn’t hide it anymore, it wasn’t hard to see from him speaking that this has happened before. It also gets me every time, what crimes did he have, was he a harden criminal? Was he on drugs, like trying to say, well, he’s a harden criminal, one more off the streets of Texas isn’t a big deal. A person who murdered a BLM activist who wasn’t committing a crime, just walking down the street, he was of color, the others were white. Well, he killed him, by running up to him and putting a bullet to the back of the head. He got caught, and received 70 years. Well, this was also in Texas, Abbot pardoned him two months after he was found guilty. Was a harden criminal and had beaten and injured 4 people of color before he murdered the BLM activist that was studying to be a Doctor. The man belongs to the White Nationalist movement. Glad l don’t live in Texas.
@sheilafurguiel3202 i didn't hear about that crime. A convicted murder was given 70 years just to be pardoned? Letting murders out into the streets of Texas must make the citizens feel safe

No police officer should ever be on duty without a operating body cam. A lot of what I heard was copsplaining. There was just enough room left to wriggle out of charges.
The camera on that unit sucks. They need major upgrades. They could have stood him up and got leg irons later. Big boy was one of the last on scene should never have been part of the use of force.
The camera sucks for a reason. They don't want clear footage of how they treat inmates. Guaranteed that will be part of any legal defense if by any act of God they ever get charged.

@@lazydaisy2292 no no, not at all. But allowing law enforcement/correctional officers to “do whatever they want” isn’t good either. I know prisoners aren’t prisoners because they follow rules and obey authority, but authority should also be worth obeying.

Also, when you can detain, when you can force identity, when you can arrest (cops mostly don't know the Constitution). And yes, recording the police doing their duties is perfectly fine. Police don't have a right to tell people that they can't record police doing their dutues, or do things so they can't record. . And people can also flip the bird and swear at you. THAT’s MURDER??? I’m not defending anybody here, but I personally know people there are completely honest family men pay taxes just like you and I, even put their lives at risk more than once doing their job… But lately you see a lot of these cases where the suspect fights you to the nail would do anything it takes even take your gun away and use it against you and they don’t care who is around if there is a mother or a kid they will do whatever it takes to get away… but the moment the police officers get a hold of them and they are fighting them in the end up dying for something they created themselves. I believe that it’s a coward thing to say “that’s Murder” People see a video like this and run their mouth, but they were there fighting the criminal. They wouldn’t even know what to do…. I’m not saying officers having violated or done terrible things to people in the past, but I’m just saying that not everything means the officers wanted to hurt the criminal… how easy is to act like a normal human being and just follow protocol. He will be alive today., but there’s always a fight in the inevitable happens. They always gonna get you in handcuffs so might as well stop fighting…
