  • You can look up both the the Airgoo compressor and the T Togush Airbrush Spray Booth on Amazon. The model number for the spray booth is B07W4KRFF5. Airgoo is also the manufacturer and dealer for Timbertech products and the model number for the compressor is AG-426.

      Thanks Vinny! I really like the Paasche H. It's not given me one problem. Usually, it's operator error if something is wrong. I still want to get that Neoeco working, but we'll see. Can't have a noisy compressor in the house. Lol.

    • @LarrysModelShop
      @LarrysModelShop  11 месяцев назад

      Yeah, I saw that's how you had yours setup. I wanted to keep mine more portable so I can move it from the garage to my other work bench in the house. It gets way too cold here in the winter and I want to see if it will work out inside. Of course, I still have to vent it out through a window so we'll see how that works.

    Hi Larry, You have a great compressor and spray booth there. I like the idea of having the cooling fans on the compressor to keep the heat down. Your spray booth is a really nice size. You will get a lot of use out of both of them. Just a tip. You may already know this, but if you run your vacuum over the filters in your booth once in a while, they will last a lot longer. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Jeff

      Thanks! Yeah, the hotdog compressor I started out with is around 90 decibels and the Airgoo compressor is around 57 or so. Huge difference. That hotdog would make me jump when it kicked on. I'm very happy with both products.

    Looks like you have a nice setup coming together. At some point I should add a compressor with a tank. My Iwata compressor is on demand and works good for the majority it would be nice to have some extra volume to like blow things off or with 0.5 needle it can struggle, 80% of my work is done with 0.3. The NeoEco sounds exactly like the one I got, it will spray fine for about a min and then I waste 20-30min cleaning and trying to get up and running again. Problem with low cost is low quality control and roll of the dice, some have good luck and I've wasted more by going cheap than if I would've gone for $100 brush. Is what it is. Nice intro and have a good one Larry

    • @LarrysModelShop
      @LarrysModelShop  11 месяцев назад

      Thanks Adam! The tank is nice and this compressor will let me use up to a 0.7 needle. There is also no pulse from this compressor and it's so quite, I can take into the house and not worry about bothering anyone. I really like the Paasche H, it's a work horse and it does not have a "needle" per say. It has three adapters one .02, .038, and .050. I have had zero problems with it. I'm really unhappy with the Neoeco, it seemed to work well for a while, now not so much.

    I used to have a Revell compressor which was really bad. I’ve got an Iwata now. Really small and really quiet. You do need to sell a kidney to buy one though, but it’s great. I’m Dutch, but I haven’t heard of this over here.

    • @LarrysModelShop
      @LarrysModelShop  11 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah, I had not heard of them either. It seems they are from the Netherlands. At least that's where the address they have on their web page is located. That was what I was looking for though, small, quiet, and with a tank.

      @@LarrysModelShop awesome, thanks for the info. I have been thinking about how I can better filter my paint booth inside so I can paint a little in winter months without opening windows.

    • @LarrysModelShop
      @LarrysModelShop  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@ScaleModelCarBuilderI would think it depends on the type of paint you spray. Acrylics are pretty safe, the stronger stuff you might need to have like some sort of charcoal filter at the end of your exhaust tube. I spray acrylic paints with the Tamiya Acrylics being the strongest. I won't use any rattle cans in the house either. That stuff in my little plastic container will not help. I've been wondering how I'm going to put my vent out of the window during winter, so I'll see how that works.

      You know, the Timbertech was the one that I was comparing this one too. At $9.00 more, I felt this one was worth it. They are both sold through Airgoo. The one I bought has a fan on the head of the cylinder and a flexible hose from the compressor to the tank. Those two things I felt were worth the small extra cost. The rigid tube can rattle loose as it has no give like the flex hose has. Other than those things, they are very comparable and i don't think you can go wrong with either one.
