AreYouDavid? The LR4 and LR3 cars aren’t made anymore. They’re only going to keep getting older. They are gone for people who want modern versions of those cars.
Yes this is the 2018 model and I have to say mine has not been a good car it pulls to the left the infotainment system is well rubbish with the Sat Nav often not working for 1-2 hours on journeys the phone system just does not work and don’t bother putting a post code into,the Sat Nav it does not recognize anything it does query things like the window will suddenly go up and down the tail gate won’t open or it only opens a bit or you come back to,the car and the boot is open and so on. The electric tow bar nearly fell off one day! I’ve had 8 previous LR discovery 4’s and they have been great this one is well below par and unless they sort out the 2019 model I won’t be buying another. This all spoils a great vehicle. I recommend anyone thinking of buying one to check out the car before taking delivery

I think the rear end of this car is awful. The rear quarter panels are huge and what were they thinking with that offset number plate?!. Hell, just turn it into a car, and do the job properly- it's seems that's the direction your going with the discovery now. You've got 3 range rovers (I'm not counting the evoke as that's just a silly hairdressers car) so why lux up another 4x4???

A friend at our local beach has just bought one and found he can't get the same amount of gear into the back as the old one. This is designed to be driven to the school to drop off the kids .
Are you joking! This isn't a review. This is literally LR's adverts and demo videos stitched together (even the voice over is Land Rovers). There is literally no original content at all! It's the equivalent of posting all the Trailers for Avengers Infinity War stitched together and calling it a review.
If I bought one I would black out the sloping B pillar with the rest of the support in front of the side back window , the slope is way too severe and does not fit with the overall squarish design of the car and looks weird .
mehn!!! this car is just a store. the previous design suits the concept perfectly. its a 3/10 for me. take a leaf from the 2019 range rover. thats a properly built ride. disappointed in the new discovery. it still remains my favorite SUV
Umm...wondering something here about the Land Rover's "wade depth" feature...up to I think 3 feet was the number. So the marketing says. Has any one actually TRIED this??? :) What's to stop water from flooding the luxurious expensive English leather interior with swamp water? :)) Don't think there's a water tight seal put in up to hip height. What about the grill? Tons of water flowing over the engine...into the exhaust pipes out back...etc. :)) Are Land Rover owners going to hose out the interior afterwards?? :) English narrator says "...whatever the terrain"...that is fairly SMOOTH perhaps. "Class leading off-road capability"...vs other SUV's perhaps. :) How many LR owners are going to take their $100,000 SUV "off-road"? How many have the skill for "off-roading" ? :)) So much marketing to hype up features.
I my whole family doesn't like traveling but I still want this landrover that's how beautiful it is

No it isn't. I've had one for a long weekend and put 800 miles on it - much of which was pulling a horse box. It's a hugely capable vehicle.

This is not 2019 discovery its got the old dials etc. No digital dashboard. Still no apple car play or Android Auto even on the 2019 model
