Thanks that's awesome because I always found this to be one of the most credible or real things I should say, on the iceberg. I mean its a giant head that looks like a Moai and not art from around your country. I think this would've been a huge thing for science and what if it was a full on statue not just a head? I agree its grown over and only ones the forests die there will we find it again but it's one cool, WTF part of world history.
We haven't seen Wendigoon's bottom half either, so he himself could be a giant, which would explain why he likes entries that involve giants so much. For all we know, Wendigoon and everyone one his channel could actually be giants because we never see anything outside of his room, and thus have no point of reference.
Wendigoon has said “if you find me not alive, you know why.” And at this point, I won’t know who really did it. Could be the cia, mafia, or even Agarthan giants
I saw this somewhere which said that supposedly, at the time the head statue was made, there were no records that Caucasians have been there so the researchers were baffled as to why the head statue had Caucasian features.
I don’t mind that the series is ending as long as we get to “kids in the floor”. first episode promised “kids in the floor” and Ive been looking forward to whatever the fuck that could possibly be for MONTHS
NGL, bringing your dad on was kinda adorable. He did a good job w/ the ad read too, not sounding like he’s just reading off bullet points; my parents would sound like shills, without a doubt lol
Linguist here! The Cuneiform conspiracy made me laugh. Cuneiform is the writing system of the Sumerians who spoke Sumerian. Like the Roman alphabet it was adopted by other language speakers - Babylonian, Akkadian, Hittite - but wasn't well suited so you have all kinds of weird spoken vs written discrepancies. The actual historical mystery of where these people came from is much more interesting. Their language isn't related to any of the languages in the area, their culture and tech were also completely different, and their origin myth included a merman coming out of the sea to teach them everything they came to know. I prescribe to the idea that the Sumerian tribes uses to live in what's now the Gulf of Iran, and were driven to higher ground as sea levels rose. This brought them into contact with tribes in the Taurus Mountains, who had the experience of a more advanced culture 'coming out of the sea'. So the original Sumerian tribes became the merfolk of their later culture's folklore. Would be a very interesting video all its own I reckon.

New conspiracy theory: Wendigoon is a young Billy Ray Cyrus who time-traveled to the present day, and his "dad" is an old Billy Ray Cyrus who time-traveled to the present day.
As it turns out Miley Cyrus is the Anti Christ and old Billy Ray has traveled back in time in order to give himself a vasectomy so she is never born thus saving humanity.
Haven't seen people talk about this but the author of the OLFMA book is more bizarre than people think. Rudolf Steiner was... strange. He founded a school system called Waldorf Education which is fairly widespread in certain places, and I used to attend one of his schools for my highschool education. For the most part it was a really good system and I benefited a lot from it growing up, but there are some certain things about it that are borderline cult-like. For one, they force students to participate in an expressive movement class called "Eurythmy", which involves a lot of astrology, colour theory, planet signs and a bunch of other spiritual stuff. It all stems off this philosophy Rudolf came up with called Anthroposophy (not to be mistaken with Anthropology believe me all my friends confused the two) which had just an absurd amount of things to it that it's its own rabbit hole. BTW no they never taught us about OLFMA or a lot about Anthroposophy. My guess is parents threatened to pull out their children if they started spreading philosophy nonsense down children's minds.
Bro i studied in a Waldorf school my whole life and it's so bizarre to discover those things about Rudolf steiner. I had Eurithmy classes and thought it was just some kind of dance/moviments thing. I also had Antroposophy classes and was always so confused by it
Bruh my sister has been going to a Steiner school since grade 2, she’s always liked it more than public school and the music classes there are good and overall is a good alternative schooling system. However everyone in her class HATED eurythmy, I’ve never heard anyone else talk about it before. I had no idea that it was part of some philosophy, apparently they always told it was an “art form” Not to mention the slight disregard of fire safety with the amount of candles on silks haha
Whether it's one off horror stories, SCP, conspiracy series or anything else, this channel is always an instant click and like. I've loved watching it grow and I adore the way you deliver content..its truly refreshing and I'm always presently surprised by your uploads.

The scam syndicate is real and it’s done by actual businesses; aka “collection agencies”. Legit companies have special departments for this. Trust me, I worked for one for about 4 days before I figured it out. I reported them to the city, but they had moved their office (they mentioned we may have a new office every so often for “quarterly budgeting” when I started) before the detectives could go by there. Edited for missing words.
“They found a way to pull the jellyfish demon out of the person physically” nope nope, I’m not gonna think about the implications of that! Absolutely not!
Im an automotive technician and one of the common complaints I get is that when at a stop light or drive thru, newer cars will suddenly misfire and then go back to normal. This is a normal operation function these cars go through as a way of self diagnosing their systems. Basically the car will get bored and cause a problem and then fix it just to make sure everything is in working order. This reminded me of cognition interference wendigoon was talking about. Maybe these car computers have their own cognition ?
Mine is a 2019 and doesn’t do that but I would see that on other cars and it would confuse me so much because I thought it was to be more eco friendly or since the car was a push to start it would just naturally do that but that does make more sense and is also very cool that it has been made possible 😮
Ha reminds of my "old" 2016 Vito Van. It would, on more than one occasion just delete it's own operating systems leaving no trace of having ever been installed. Maybe it just decided existence wasn't worth it.

Hey wendigoon, me and my gf just recently watched a movie called “Three Identical Strangers” if you never heard or seen it it’s about triplets who were all separated at birth and when they turned 19 they ended up finding each other. All their adopted parents had no clue about the other two brothers of their sons so they found each other completely by luck. The movie goes in depth in the nature vs nurture debate and it’s has a very sinister twist that I didn’t see coming. If you haven’t seen it I highly recommend watching it’s a documentary so it’s all completely true. I feel like the movie could be a very interesting video regarding the nature vs nurture debate. For anyone who haven’t seen it I highly recommend it.
@@bigaltz6403 I really REALLY recommend this movie, it's very nice background noise in the very least, but in short from what I remember [SPOILER DON'T READ THIS] they got divided at birth on purpose because of a study (that the families didn't consent to, I think) and there may be many families living today that this has happened to, creepy shit, the results are not available to the public yet too
@@bigaltz6403 it was an actually an experiment on nature vs nurture. They took sets of twins and triplets and separated them into low, medium and high income families to see what effect it would have.
As a kid my mother worked at this Steiner school for about a year. It was on the very very outskirts of this super small town out in the hills, way isolated. Mum never talked about the philosophies that much and she started changing her and our families habits and behaviours pretty drastically and seemed to have it in her head that Steiner himself was "listening". She got pretty mad at me and my dad a few times for making jokes about the far out, cultish nature of it all so we all sorta just didn't talk about it for a long time. One day she just walked out and didn't go back and after that she was dealing with some pretty hectic stuff and ended up being diagnosed with schizophrenia at one point. Since then, we've only had a few conversations about it but Steiner had this chain of being philosophy that was basically just Nazism (extra weird considering that he wrote all his works in the height of Nazi Germany and was, himself, German). The premise was not unlike reincarnation in other religions aside from the stressing of the fact that if you were god, you'd come back white and people of other races were these partially damned souls. The other teachers were really hardcore about it and they believed that Steiner would have a second coming. In the early stages of my mother's employment they sort of were subtly trying to probe and see if she was the messiah or something. Weird shit, there was heaps of other stuff too but this is getting long. Just an interesting little story I guess, doesn't really even link up to the OLFMA stuff unfortunately but thought someone might be interested anyways, theres some weird obscure shit happening in the middle of nowhere man
Rudolf Steiner wasn't German. And I don't think his religion/philosphy was Nazism as there were some prominent Anti-Nazi people who also followed his religion/philosophy. But your story goes to show how scary some religion/philosophy followings can be. How fast it can turn into a cult like situation with innocent people like your mother becoming victims. I hope she's ok now?
Around 18:55 or so during the Santiago Interference section when you mentioned a loss of all senses, it reminded me of the book/movie “Johnny Got His Gun,” which was also the inspiration for the song One by Metallica. Basically a guy survived an artillery blast during WWI and lost his arms, legs, eyes, ears, tongue, etc. and was essentially just a torso. He could still think but he was basically a prisoner in his own body
@@einoharju1543 Might have but I thought he pretty much lost all senses except maybe a limited sense of touch. That’s why he could never truly tell if he was ever awake or asleep
Alright, I just binged all of The Iceberg up to this point. You have earned yourself your 807,000 - 807,999th (somewhere around there) subscriber! Now to see what else this channel has to offer.
The sphynx one is correct in that historians know the sphynx is *about* 9000 years old. The ancient Egyptians that we typically think of, the ones with the famous mythology, is actually the 2nd kingdom of Egypt. The sphynx and pyramids are from the first kingdom 3000 years earlier. So they were already considered ancient to the ancient Egyptians. The reason this does not actually affect the timelines as we know them is because there's a lot of uncertainty in dates. You may be familiar with the term "circa". Majority dates in ancient historical records use that term to mean "around this time". These time frames get larger and larger the further back you research. To the point were the window is even a few thousand years apart. Not to say historians are uncertain, it's just very difficult to get an exact time and in the grand scheme of the world timeline, a few thousand is not very long. So the estimate is still relatively accurate. But with all these buffers, theres no way things can get messed up because we never had ancient history down to a pinpoint timeline to begin with.
Eyyy I can't believe we are done with tier nine! I appreciate the fact that you update so often, and your videos are all so well done and interesting. Thanks for the awesome content man!
About the Santiago Interference part: As far as anyone knows, there’s been no experiments to remove all of someone’s sense (sight, smell, touch, sound) but we do voluntarily subject ourselves to such a process. People have been using sensory deprivation tanks for many years, it may not take away all touch, but after a few hours you tend to become numb to all feeling afterwards. People don’t become homicidal after using those tanks, but this could be because of the state of mind people put themselves in before entering. Imagine involuntarily going into something like that though
Wouldn’t sensory deprivation be more of a pseudo-remove of your senses? Yes your minimizing interaction, but it’s not like your senses entirely are gone
The growth on this channel has been crazy! glad to have been here and seen part of the journey. Can't wait for that final video. Love the content keep it up man
no one really points this out but the “call of the void” being a way of the brain checking if it’s still sane implies a subconscious, or even that consciousness and the brain are separate entities.
@@sanguine6649 it comes from the brain, just not the part of the brain we expected. Not the part of the brain we ‘control’ not to mention it appears our brains may actually make decisions a few seconds/milliseconds before we consciously make our own decisions, meaning our brain may be less under our controls than we think
@@emilybarclay8831 are you talking about the brain stem? If not, what part of the brain are you referring to? From what I've researched, neurologists have discovered parts of the brain that are crucial in partaking in consciousness (brain stem), but they aren't sure if that's where it actually originates from. This could also depend on what you would define as consciousness
Love how this particular part of a tier is gathering lots of experts in the comm section and it's not like they're hard to believe cuz they came with their own logical explanation in each of there own expertise
The Santiago Interference conspiracy has some fascinating, and terrifying implications. I totally buy the idea that the brain essentially fact checks itself, that seems very in line with how we know it functions. We also know that being deprived of sensory info for a prolonged period of time can be very mentally damaging. (Short spurts of a few minutes or hours can be very healthy though). So combining those two concepts is a crazy idea. It'd be horribly unethical to test though.
It makes me concerned for how often and when I have to check in with myself now because I'll be at work, turn around and just freeze because I need to "buffer" so if this is me checking in with myself as to who I'm going to murder and the if and when oh boy
I kinda wanna see what it’s like to somehow shut off all senses, no vision touch sound , taste just nothing for a short time I’m sure that’s be like the most intense form of meditation or something or it could be horrifying and feel like death
Really sad to see this series ending soon but I gotta say that this was legit my favorite series I've ever seen on RUclips. You did such a fantastic job on every single part and engaged me through the entire thing. Much love Wendigoon, congrats on all the newfound success
Another thing about Rudolf Steiner: There are several schools in Sweden based on his beliefs on education, I myself have a few friends who attend or used to attend those schools. They've all compared it to cults, one outright stating it as a cult. I immediately recognized Steiners name when you said it, but I had no idea his beliefs were so out-there. Also, here in Sweden we have grade school from grades 1-9, and secondary/high school for three years. But apparently Waldorf Schools as they're called follow a grade 1-12 system because, as a friend of mine put it, 'it's supposed to be for your entire life'. When she said that I really understood why they called their schools cults O_o
That's horrifying. I hate the idea of people being in charge of an institution, like the schools in this situation, and abusing their positions of authority and leadership to that point, and starting it in young kids. It's warped 😳
I don't like Steiner, but that's just bs. Those schools might be the best schools (pedagogically) we have in Germany. Not everything that isn't 100% congruent with naturalism is a cult ...
17:55 a note about this for anyone who does experience thoughts like these and are worried about it: these are something called "intrusive thoughts" and nearly everyone gets them at some point. they're a lot more common in people with mental illnesses, so if you experience these often, check with a therapist or counselor! you're not a bad person for having them and they are NOT indicative of you as a person
I've had them for so long it doesn't even bother me anymore. I'll just indulge it for a minute or two (depending on the free moment i have) and move on.
Yeah I kinda find them interesting, like a bit of a collection My favourite is seeing a car transporter or a tow truck and my brain almost always goes "yeah fucking use it like a ramp, go out GTA style"
Idk where in the south they are from but I know they have an accent. It's cool to know more people from the south are getting popular! Rhett and Link should get Wendigoon one day lolz
Retrocausality is so interesting because recently I've been learning about quantum physics, and there's a theory called "Alternate Histories" that I think ties into retrocausality. It states that if we observe a quantum particle, and we see that it has moved from point A to point B, there is no way that we can construct a solid timeline of the past that led the QP (quantum particle) from point A to B, unlike how we can construct a solid image of the past if we see a pair of torn up shoes, and a dog with pieces of shoe in its mouth next to them. On a larger scale, if we see a soccer ball at the bottom of a hill, we can construct a relatively accurate version of the past that caused the ball to end up there. The theory of "Alternate Histories" states that there are an incomprehensible amount of paths that ball could've taken, but the path it actually took was favored because we observed it. (if that last part is confusing, learn about quantum superposition, it might help you understand better)
Well this isn't quite accurate. One has to be careful when using "observation" because it's not seeing an event happen that causes uncertainty, but rather the manner in which an observation occurs. It's not a big deal on the macro scale, but as things get tinier then the interaction a measurement has becomes greater. Like if we shoot at a marble at something to get a rough idea of an object's shape, we impart momentum in the process. This affects the accuracy of the measurement.
It’s also similar to the double slit experiment where light waves were to pass through a double slit panel to create an interference pattern on the screen but just by observing the experiment, the behavior of the light particles changes. The light particles would behave a specific way when observed and they would behave another specific way when not observed. It’s almost as if the photons knew that the scientists were observing it, and if the photons knew then that poses an even bigger discovery to mysteries of the universe and quantum mechanics
The Eilean Mor Island incident was also the inspiration for the four-episode _Doctor Who_ story “Horror of Fang Rock.” In 1987, when “Horror of Fang Rock” aired in the United States, it was interrupted by none other than the Max Headroom hijacking.
I love how your “BYE!” just gets louder and louder each vid...eventually you’re just gonna have to pull out a megaphone and blast our ears out that way
When he was talking about cognitive interference and how when your brain checks out it kind of checks in on itself like “murder bad? Ok yes murder bad just checking.” Is that why guided meditation is supposedly so powerful? You kind of shut off your brain and then give it a suggestion, a lot of the time geared towards healing and self improvement. Idk but that’s super interesting lol
The eggless travel one, that was an arg if I remember correctly and the creator came out about it being fake but people took it completely serious and thought he was lying to cover it up, interesting to look into honestly

Speaking as a dude that grew up with a holistic(ish) mother and non-stop ear infections, I can tell you that not all medicine is bad. I can't recall the number of times that I woke up with pillows covered in blood because my ears decided to menstruate while I was asleep. As a father, I get the whole "not wanting to over medicate your kids" thing, but some shit just works, while other stuff doesn't. Every time you treat your kids with something that doesn't work, it teaches them that you have no idea wtf you're doing. It sews distrust in your parent's judgment. As a young adult, it pissed me off that my mom was clueless, but as a dad I know that being a parent is one long learning experience. I don't have it all figured out, but I've learned what DOESNT work thanks to bad examples. Also, this is in reference to the tubes thing. I'm 5 minutes into this video and I'm having weird flashbacks.
I used to work in a health food store and felt so bad for a child in pain with an earache whose mother selected some was "Ear candles" to treat it with, which I knew would do absolutely nothing for it. I wanted to scream at her, He needs an antibiotic!
This is real as hell. My mom wasn’t necessarily super homeopathic, but she definitely was (and still is) a “keep all options open” type when it comes to medicine - she def has her own reasons to be after surviving cancer three times and being on a lot of painkillers. But man, as a kid, her bringing me to an acupuncturist and not a therapist when I was clearly struggling with MDD… it made me realize at a fairly young age that adults don’t necessarily know what’s going on either.
Man as crazy as most of these are, I can actually get behind the sphinx theory. It's not too farfetched and there's a really fair point in the massive water erosion on it's body
The Sphinx one has a very simple explanation actually. The bottom of the sphinx has erosion because the rock itself was there for thousands or even millions of years before humans settled there. The Egyptians didn't move the rock or anything, it was just always there.

Yeah, as a Steiner student, I regularly joke that the school was a cult when people inevitably ask what it is.
I had no idea that it was part of some philosophy, apparently they always told it was an “art form”

Finding out there’s going to basically be another super secret tier on this iceberg is the best news I’ve heard in ages
That you Joe Rogan?
Wouldn’t sensory deprivation be more of a pseudo-remove of your senses? Yes your minimizing interaction, but it’s not like your senses entirely are gone

no one really points this out but the “call of the void” being a way of the brain checking if it’s still sane implies a subconscious, or even that consciousness and the brain are separate entities.
Yeah call of the void is wild
Isn’t it essentially confirmed by neuroscientists that consciousness doesn’t necessarily come from the brain?
Not necessarily. The brain has redundancies so it's more like part A cross checking it's answers with parts B, C, and D.
It always stuns me how quickly this iceberg jumps from semi-reasonable conspiracies to new age mysticism and back again- all within the same tier.
You’ve kinda gotta leave logic and reason at the door when you’re this deep in lol
The single dislike was made through tears at the fact that the series is ending
Is it me or it kinda reminds me o f Neon Genesis evangelion
It makes me concerned for how often and when I have to check in with myself now because I'll be at work, turn around and just freeze because I need to "buffer" so if this is me checking in with myself as to who I'm going to murder and the if and when oh boy
If I was a scientist and had 0 ethics id do it
Unethical experiments are the best ways to further humanity
When she said that I really understood why they called their schools cults O_o
they exist as well in germany, the stigma is special ed treehouse jumping jacks right?
That's horrifying. I hate the idea of people being in charge of an institution, like the schools in this situation, and abusing their positions of authority and leadership to that point, and starting it in young kids. It's warped 😳
I don't like Steiner, but that's just bs. Those schools might be the best schools (pedagogically) we have in Germany. Not everything that isn't 100% congruent with naturalism is a cult ...
I also have a friend who went to a Waldorf school, kristofferskolan. Very cult like.
There's also a Rudolph Stiener school in NZ Christchurch lol
His dad seems like a absolute chiller, we need more of him.

a note about this for anyone who does experience thoughts like these and are worried about it: these are something called "intrusive thoughts" and nearly everyone gets them at some point. they're a lot more common in people with mental illnesses, so if you experience these often, check with a therapist or counselor! you're not a bad person for having them and they are NOT indicative of you as a person

Idk where in the south they are from but I know they have an accent. It's cool to know more people from the south are getting popular! Rhett and Link should get Wendigoon one day lolz

Man should post all these episodes as podcasts on Spotify, it’d be goated

who knew that a channel about conspiracies, murder mysteries, and every other disturbing thing imaginable could be so wholesome
(if that last part is confusing, learn about quantum superposition, it might help you understand better)
thanks, watch out for the covidzombies!
@@yerpderp6800 right, thanks :) i just started learning like a week or two ago so explaining the concepts can be a bit difficult
@@yerpderp6800 and this sorta concept of observation also ties into quantum interference/decoherence right?
Tier 9 of the iceberg be like:
World ending chemical experiments
Evil lobotomy alternatives
Oh yeah also your brain vibe checks itself lel
Meanwhile the next tier will be like:
P0rnstars leeching your energy
3rd eye is located in the anus
The Eilean Mor Island incident was also the inspiration for the four-episode _Doctor Who_ story “Horror of Fang Rock.” In 1987, when “Horror of Fang Rock” aired in the United States, it was interrupted by none other than the Max Headroom hijacking.
I have never honestly seen a RUclipsr bring their parent in for a sponsor and I love it so much.
Yes. Shout out "Waking Up" app
The eggless travel one, that was an arg if I remember correctly and the creator came out about it being fake but people took it completely serious and thought he was lying to cover it up, interesting to look into honestly
"This was during the 8th year of the Orion wars, when the Star People were fighting The Arkhons" I wish I had a job like yours where I could read stuff like that
What point of the Finish Korean Hyper war this fits into?
This marks the end of an era, ladies and gentlemen. It was a pleasure and an honor to make this journey in your company. Hope to see you all on next Wendigoon's videos. Cheers. Edit: Nevermind my overly dramatic comment, I thought this was the last video on this series.
Lmao at first I was like wtf we're done?????
You had me confused
Bah cara, não me assusta assim, até conferi de novo haha
One more tier left 😎
Back when he started the iceberg I worried what kind of content he would do next and if he would be one of those one hit wonder kind of RUclipsrs when the series ended. I'm thankful that he branched out immediately and became one of my favorite content creators on this platform overall. Amazing but yeah still I'll look back to this series with nostalgia
Sorry to hear, but godamn that story was a funny read
“My ears decided to menstruate” 😂💀⚰️
The "300 years of history made up" thing is so Eurocentric it hurts, like good god.
@@amelialonelyfart8848 huh, that makes a lot more since
@@amelialonelyfart8848 The stone wasn't exposed to the surface, the Sphinx enclosure is a quarried pit.
@@amelialonelyfart8848 fair enough, it just looks a little too weathered even on the sculpted bits
but that does make sense

you should do a deeper dive series about particular topics! after you're finished with this iceberg of course
Yesss
The section with your dad in the ad was wholesome. Wholesome is exactly why I subscribed. You're always so genuinely grateful, you deserve success man. I hope it continues exponentially!
I’m a cook at Pizza Hut with some …. Not so likeable coworkers, and the Santiago Interference part tripped me out when you literally laid out my everyday thought process, while zoning out 😅
I love your channel and have been subscribed for almost a year! As someone who is a Christian and has always loved conspiracies and the unknown mysteries of the world it’s awesome to see you be such an outlet to bring all kinds of people with different beliefs together! You deserve every bit of growth and success and I’m so glad every time I watch your videos! Keep being yourself and I love what you’re doing! God bless and I hope you bring back Sunday Studies soon :)
