    Power element ko laft or right side me down krke installed kre ya niche krke aur stem (spring) upar krke installation kre to kya problem ho sakta hai.

    Question no 1- 1.5 ton ki unit pe capillary k bad se cooling honi chaiye. Lekin main ne observe kiya hai ki capillary k bad se jo liquid line jati hai cooling coil k liye us line pe jyada thanda nahi hota hai direct cooling coil se thanda chalu hota hai esa kyun jab ki capillary outdoor main lagi rehti hai?
    Question no 2 - TXV mein internal equaliser line ko hot gas bypass k liye istemal kar sakte hain kiya in big units?

    Sir Mitsubishi 2tonAC me Electonic expansion valve hai uska pcb bhi problem hai to expansion valve aur pcb ko nikaalke stainer capillary lagake contacter wiring karne se chalega?

    Sir hamara -52 ka lp hp screw compressor hai refrigerant r22 hai aur direct condensing unit hai, secondary refrigerant nahi hai , usme expansion valve nahi lage huve hai , lcv valve hai (liquid control valve)lp ka suction temp -50 milta hai , aur suction press -20 psi rehta hai , hum lcv ke baad hand expansion valve lagaye to kya change aayega , suction pressure kum ho sakta hai kya ?, Hamre compressor unload hoge ? ,

    Hi sir,I have a question....if heat load is less,TXV Will reduce refrigerant flow rate.but what will be the refrigerant pressure after expansion?high or low???if it is low,then room will become more cooled na?????please reply.....tnx

      If room becomes more cooled then cooling sensor will detect it and it will inform to compressor and compressor will stop.

      As per my knowledge in txv one is internal equalizer line, and other is external equalizer line. In this my confusion is in equalizer line from suction refrigerant will flow or frm liquid line please please make a video for this confusion dear sir

    Sir aapne kaha high pressure and high temperature ka liquid refrigerant expansion valve me enter karta hai to kya condenser bagair temperature kam kiye refrigerant ko liquid me convert karta hai agar ha to plz bataye kaise agar na to phir jawab kya hai

      Condenser ke inlet main 95 degrees Celsius temperature hota hai aur out let main 40 degrees Celsius hota hai matlab condenser temperature kam karta hai lekin evaporator ke mukable yaha temperature jada hai iss liye usse high pressure high temperature liquid kehte hai

    Sir,
    Thermal.expansion valve k upar k side se 2 capilary line jati hai jo evaporator k suction line se attach hoti ek filler bulb k roop mai or dusri line sidhi evaporator line mai judi rehti hai
    To sir ye filler bulb ye jo disri line hai iska kaam kya hota hai
    M confused

    सर अगर एक्सपेंशन वाल्व बहुत देर तक बंद रह गया तो कंप्रेशर तो चालू रहता है इस स्थिति में कंप्रेशर तो चालू ही रहता है जिससे कंडेंसर कॉइल पे एवं कंप्रेशर पर लोड आ जाएगा ।।। और कंप्रेशर डैमेज हो सकता है । इस स्थिति में क्या होता है

      Expansion valve pura band nahi hota, jab expansion valve thida close hota hai tab compressor unload hota hai, aur kisi bhi part pe load nahi aata

    Feelar bulb me konsi gas hoti hai
    Jb cooling aajati hai room me to section tempretur km hojata hai
    Like 48 f
    Us time feelar bulb ki gas km hojati hai
    Aut jb
    56 ya 58 f hota hai tempreture cooling out ka
    Tb feelar bulb ka presar badh jata hai. Aur expansion full open hojata hai

    48 f ' se 56ya58 f tepmreture me itni jaldi sance karta hai feelar bulb . Konsi hai isme gas feelar bulb me
