Mr Johnson and son Allen are two of greatest people you could have the pleasure of meeting. Twenty years ago my then 18 yo son was writing to race teams asking if there were any entry level positions available. One day he received a call from Allen Johnson thanking him for contacting him and for his interest in their team. They didn't have an opening but he gave advice on how to hook up with a team. They talked about racing for 20- 30 min. When at the races we always stopped by their pit to talk with them and they were always gracious and spent time with us. Wonderful folks!! Lake and Joe , keep up the good work, you're broadcasts are GREAT! Thanks

You guys have always been my favorite racing team. I have always been a mopar fan my first car was a 72 duster with a 318 I thought it was fast, boy was I wrong. I have never knew anything about motors anyway a long story short I brought a 73 ply cuda 340 it was pretty fast, fastest than the 318 LOL. Well this whole thing I was trying to say I learned one thing people will rip you off can't trust anyone.my question is did y'all ever mess with small bloke stuff ? If so do you have anything that I could use or any complete motors small or big blocks .this is the reason that I always tried to catching up with y'all at the race track. I have lots of questions is there any way that you could give me a number or a address that I could talk or right you guys I would greatly appreciate it. By the way my car is a Street car I would kinda get some ideals from the best. I'm from a little town in N.C. about 3 hours from Bristol.. Hope to here from you!!!!!! GOD BLESS

Great stuff for the expression of the experience of his haven ridden the path of evolution of the sport and sharing his own very personal experiences.
    On a another topic…
I recently caught this linked below episode of High Performance Academy, with Micah McMahon, lead power train engineer, for Red Bull F-1.
I’m thinking that he is reachable and would possibly be a candidate as a guest for Engine Performance Expo.
