I thing the dice roulette thing is 50 pages per dot, but you get a margin of 25 either way. So if you have 3, you should have 150 with a margin of 25 so anything between 125 and 175 counts.
I think it’s because very few people would have a book less than 100 pages so she’s gone with 125 and it goes up 50 each time. So the numbers end in 24 or 74 rather than 50 and 0
The guide for the dice roll roulette is the limits. So if you roll a total of 2, that is 100 pages but if you don’t have one you can look for one that is within the limits on the table.
The range for dice roulette is cuz its hard to find a book with an exact page number. If rounding up or down (by 50) 387 would be rounded to 400 and 513 would be rounded down to 500. Hope that helps.
Very brave of you to do both games this month. That is definitely an intimidating stack! But all of those books look promising. I am also doing Bookoplathon this month, but rolling as I go, since time is so limited. Thanks for sharing!
I nearly wrote a stupid comment about how you are supposed to roll with two dice before finishing the video😆 It is very brave of you to try doing both game this month !
Do you think Keeper of the List City would be appropriate to read to a six and eight year old? They're reading the hobbit right now and loving it if that reference helps
If they love the Hobbit, I think it would be appropriate. It reads quite young, especially in the beginning, and the magic and world are pretty simple. It definitely has different vibes than the Hobbit, though.
@@stephaniesbookverse1098 @LinziReadsBooks I noticed that as well! The funny thing is that it was the second video that I watched today where someone said Samantha Shannon wrote Keeper... LOL
I started with 5 rolls for bookoplathon and thankfully no doubles. I also landed on Book With a Desth, I think I chose a Nancy Drew book 😄...now I'm just waiting for it from my library.
@@stephaniesbookverse1098 yes they do, especially after the original series. I just made sure to read the description and it mentioned murder. So we are good to go 😂.
I adored Nettle & Bone! For a book that "features death", doesn't Sandman LITERALLY feature Death as a character? (Or does she not come in yet in the first graphic novel?)

Well glad it worked out, because my book was a little longer haha

When you said Samantha Shannon instead of Shannon Messenger, I was like what? Samantha Shannon has a middle grade series? xD
haha yeah, I didn't even notice that at all. I usually catch those things in editing, but it apparently sounded right to me 😂

Thanks! I guess I could have watched the video and figured that out, but I figured it would be in the instructions.
You got community shelf twice, and I got chance twice. It’s funny.
haha that's crazy! I feel like Chance would be more fun than Community Shelf. More exciting haha

I'm also planning on reading Nettle and Bone and I'm really excited about it! I hope you enjoy all these books!
Thanks! Yeah, it seems like everyone has been loving it so I'm excited to try it out.
I like that both games were rather nice to you. I hope you enjoy all the books
Me too! I don't know what I would have done if they were both brutal!
I love Columbus Day. Make sure you keep going until you meet Skippy before you decide your feelings.
haha ok, is he in the first book?
Oohh that’s a little chunky but what an exciting stack of books! We landed on quite a few of the same spots in bookopoly
haha I feel like Bookopoly and Star Hop were both fairly nice...but it still seemed like a big stack for some reason!
It coulda been soooo much more chaotic, glad you could have some overlap. I'll try to get to Nettle and Bone this month. Best of luck!
Thanks! Yeah, it feels like a fall read, even though it's not feeling very "fall" outside.
I just did mine, too. I also forgot what dice roulette was, lol.
Yes! I watched her announcement video, but I totally forgot it.
great video as always, had so much fun watching. good luck with your tbr 🧡
Thanks so much!
Okay I need to know where you got the doom slug bookmark! I absolutely love it!!!!
Thanks! I think it was part of the swag for the Dragonsteel conference last year.

I feel like I should have done roll as I go, but I am too impatient for that haha

haha I know! I felt weird starting with one, but it took me way too long to realize.

Love your content! Been going through the backlog of videos and watching all of the star hop TBR videos with much fanfare
haha love it! I'm so glad you have a lot to go through!
Isn’t lodestar by Shannon messenger not Samantha Shannon? 😂 such a fun tbr this month though 💜
😂 oh man, I didn't even notice that when I was editing!

I definitely plan on reading Babel this month!
Yes! I have heard so many people loving it.
That edition of Babel is GORGEOUS! Makes me want to buy it even though I don’t know anything about it
I love it! I love the sprayed edges, the quote is just perfect.
🥳🥳 I'm so excited about my September TBR now 🤗
YES!! Can't wait to hear what you are reading!

😆 Nancy Drew sometimes has a death mystery if I remember right...but it's been so long!
@@stephaniesbookverse1098 yes they do, especially after the original series. I just made sure to read the description and it mentioned murder. So we are good to go 😂.
I'm on the last 50 pages of Nettle and Bone and I love it. It's such a cute read, I hope you like it as well 😍🐔
Awesome! I am really looking forward to it. I'm in the dark fairytale mood.
Hi 👋 enjoy all ur reads!! 🍃🍂🦋 happy September reading to you!!! 📖📚
Thank you so much!
I've been waiting so long for this!! Love your vids!
haha thanks! It's my favorite video to film, I love playing.
Yay for Babel!
Never been so early!! I hope both games are kind to you!!
You were #1 from what I saw!
@@stephaniesbookverse1098 woohoo!!

...😶 Yes, you are 100% right, but apparently I didn't think of that. She comes in at the end of the first one.
Do you live in California too? Because we have been having over 100 degree weather and I am dying lol
No, Utah. It's been really warm here, pretty sure we're setting all kinds of records haha
