I think the Celtics learned from that finals defeat to the Warriors. Dallas is doing the same thing Boston tried against the warriors. 2 players are not beating a TEAM.
You’re absolutely right. They’re playing TEAM basketball and it’s paying dividends for Boston. It just KILLS these talking heads that Jayson Tatum or anyone else for that matter isn’t putting on a 40/10/10 showcase every night in the process so they’re clinging on to that to discredit Boston or at least to discredit the legitimacy of jt’s role in their success so far.

The way they ignore Luka’s defense is the key reason why the Mavs have literally no shot at stopping Boston is insane. The minute Luka gets on the ball handler usually brown or Tatum they waste ZERO time attacking him right away. It’s too easy to get passed him which opens up the passes to open shooters or wide open cutters which is Boston’s specialty on offense. Won’t and can’t beat them letting them play like that
