Nice transformation. At the beginning, you didn't arm circle and at the end you were arm circling and doing an aerial using one of the arm techniques that gymnasts use. It's looking great. I know the video is old, but I hope you're still doing aerials. A bigger split can also help the aerial!
Thanks!! Honestly idk when I started doing the arm circle but it definitely helped. Need to go back to a gym w trampoline track to relearn it, and wish I had more flexibility bc that would definitely help!
I can relate to being able to do it sometimes and not others! My aerial is very inconsistent. I find that if I either can do it on a slight downhill or a trampoline, I'm usually able to get it back on the ground, but if those aren't options, then I find that going for a run or a walk to loosen up my body helps a LOT beforehand. I usually NEVER get my aerial on the first try, so definitely keep at it and take breaks if you need to reset! You got this, and I hope this helps :)
Thank you! I think I started working on it in Spring of 2018. I probably got it in a month, but I needed a HUGE running start and didn't have the technique down. Then I lost it but got it back March 2019. I was able to keep it for a few months that time haha because my technique was a bit better, but I kept lose/gaining it. Also, cool profile picture btw!! :)

i’m about to do it but at the start , i can’t keep my hands i put them for less than a second and than like an aerial ! any tips how to keep my hands up ?
I know im late but here is a tip, only put your hands down in the middle, and lift them before you land, that way you will trust yourself because you aren’t trying to keep your hands up for as long as possible
I know she definitely did do her aerial because sometimes it looks like you put your hand down but rlly you don’t I know because I got my aerial and sometimes when I filmed myself it looked like I put my hand down but I didn’t

Keep your head up and lift more with your shoulders, do a low hurdle to get more momentum
