I’m only a minute in and no wonder I broke my foot trying to do aerials when I was 13. My dance teacher literally cued the opposite of everything you’re teaching here and I couldn’t land for obvious reasons and ended up fracturing my foot from repetitively landing on the side of my foot because I was chucking my body forward
