    Now that the customer sees how well you cleaned up the rear of the property, maybe they will have you come back and clean up the fence. That's the final piece as it really stands out now that everything else is looking great.
    Nice to see the 20v backpack sprayer is still going strong as well.

    Cliff, as always great content very informative thank you so much! I have a quick question for you. I noticed when you sprayed the sealer in the pool deck you didn’t spray around the edge of the actual pool. Is that a customer request or do you do that purposely to not get over spray in the water?

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  Год назад +1

      Hey Thanks, Yes the coping isn't part of the paver sealing job. I've done it before if the customer to pay the additional fee for it. Its definitely time consuming to do the coping because you dont a gang of sealer to enter the pool.

      Id advise you to shop locally for a better rate. These big companies will charge you an arm and a leg! I use hiscox insurance for now. I may look into getting a new policy when mine expires.

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  Год назад

      Yes I do! no dragging the hose and having to move the cart. I have the cart as a backup if the pump up sprayer ever fails.

    Do you efflo treat new pavers? Is there a time frame when you should treat them?

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  Год назад

      I have and it should be done on brand new pavers. That's why new pavera shouldn't be sealed for 4 to 6 weeks to see if efflorescence starts to form.

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash

    What happens if you dont sand?

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  Год назад +1

      Algae and mold will grow in the joints faster. And the pavers won't be stabilized possibly
