the guy in the scene in 4:52 was actually quinlan voss i believe, since in legends commander faie actually tried to shoot a juggernaut to kill quinlan voss. also the yellow stripe just looks like the one he has
I like how George Lucas thought Star Wars Dark Forces was too violent when he first played it but then goes on to show decaptiations and shit in the prequel films
These are honestly better than what was in the movie. I feel like the emotional impact of this aspect of III was kind of sudden and too brief. They spent too much time in II on romance and not enough on build up to order 66, so this moment was not executed the best in the final cut imo. These would have added some good stuff, especially with the cuts to Palpatine and Yoda.
I don't know. I mean, it is very dramatic and brutal, that is good. But in the part of Yoda, seeing the whole battle of Kashyyk before the order 66 cuts the rhythm of the dramatic scene.
The Jedi on the Juggernaut is Quinlan Vos, this scene was instead used in a comic. You can see that it's Quinlan because of the yellow stripe on his face.
The Aayla death is also from the Comics. Most of these cut deaths are how they died in the comics, and honestly I think these are better than what's in the movie.
Ki-Adi Mundi was kind of an asshole but his death was kinda fucked up like he was running into combat thinking they have his back, again, IN A LITERAL BATTLEFIELD only to be hit with the sudden realization. And Blaster bolts. He didnt just get back stabbed chilling around, he got back stabbed when he needed the clone support the most.
4:10 I love how the unfinished clones have no recoil or body movement as thy spam bolts at Mundi. It's like a death in an early PS1 game. Also, with the turret death... I would have done it where it turns around and confuses the Jedi, then his co-pilots each put 1 bolt in his back before he (and the audience) can process it.
Didn’t one of the Jedi or clones say “Roger Roger” in one of these scenes? Also I wanted to point out that there are no scenes in the movie that shows a Jedi fighting droids during Order 66. Sure, all the Jedi were *fighting,* but we couldn’t actually see any droids in the shots. This makes the Barriss Offee one interesting to me because it shows her directly engaging in close combat between a group of in-screen droids and the clones interrupt it by shooting her. Imagine being a droid who is fighting a Jedi and seeing the clones kill them for you. Or imagine being a clone and killing a Jedi who was fighting droids, then being forced to kill those droids yourself because you killed the person helping you fight them.
I just noticed all the other yuenglings don't really react. It's like that Oliver Twist scene; they've chosen a messenger and they're throwing him to the wolves.
@@maxwellalexander2962 Sorry mate, honestly your insult can work for either one of us as. It also doesn’t help that I forgot that cogs have teeth to them. Yah I’m a idiot for not recognizing who it was for
By the way Bombastic, in Legends pre Star Wars the Clone Wars, the clone troops don't have chips, and have planned what to do to kill the Jedi. They basically wait until the best moment to kill the Jedi, and kill them after using them do significantly damage the remaining droids
It does make sense if you look at the Prequels before "Clone Wars" there were no inhibitor chips, Clone Wars introduced the idea of the clones being controlled to obey the order, but in the old cannon and 2005 Revenge of the Sith, the Clones executed Order66 by there own free will just like any other soldier in the real world would. It's an order from a high superior, and even if you don't agree with it, it's your duty to obey it. And that's why what Clone Wars did makes these scenes make no sense. They do in the pre Clone Wars era.
Around 5:30, that doesn't look like a jedi zabrak thats Quinlan Vos who actually was there. (Also accurate to how order 66 played out on him in cannon just that he survived)
With order 66 being delayed after the order was received in these scenes imagine if these scenes actually made the cut. How would the last season of clone wars go? They get the order, arrive on coruscant and then execute it? That would be cool
The Clone Wars Ruined order 66. Because it seems to make everyone forget that in RoTS there were no inhibitor chips. The clones killed the Jedi because they were ordered to do so, not be they were being controlled.
Dang, I think Order 66 is hilarious. I think it’s one of the SADDEST events in Star Wars EVER! The final season to The Clone Wars proved that it was very sad, when Rex cried, WE ALL cried.
I explain all this alternative order 66: Ⓐ this was a skeleton made during the creation of episode 2 bc initially the order 66 should happen in episode 2 after Jango Fett’s death, when Boba should killed Mace windu for revenge. But this idea was rejected and thought then for episode 3. Ⓑ an explanation of every scene of that deleted video (u have seen it lot of time and I’ve read the comic Revenge of the sith that was released before the movie) in which these scenes were present so we can associate these scenes with episode 3):1) we have the clone commander of galactic marines that receive the order indeed Cody and his squad waits a moment for killing the general Ki adì mundi (in the was deleted the fight between Mundi and the clones present in movie); 2) we have a deleted dialogue with Aayla Secura and the commander but her death was different to the canonic one; 3) {this scene is particular bc there is someone that survived} Quinlan Vos’ tank was bombarded but he survived bc in a way was protected by the explosion (in comic Republic he will kill the commander Faie that wanted to kill him); 4) PLO koon and Stass Allie ( in that skeleton was Adì gallia) were changed in episode 3 bc Adì died in CW by Savage opress’ hand);5) Barriss offee presumed death was this but despite in the comic is represented her death in truth maybe she wasn’t killed but made an inquisitor (is presumed the 7th sister);6) also Luminara unduli’s death by commander Faie was similar to this in the comic but there is a mastery behind her death bc in Rebels she appeared so maybe was captured indeed of killed . 7) Yoda didn’t died for heart attack but felt the blasting of this carnage and felt rlly bad like in the canonical scene. Ⓒ I don’t want to be arrogant and sorry for some spoilers but u can find all the truth in lot of sites like WOOKIEPEDIA or in some theory videos
At 5:13-5:16 it’s Quinalan vos who is killed on the turbo tank. He’s featured in comics, on tatooine in POTM, was the partner of Ventress. His clone commander was FAIE
