You can get the IAA badge from the ulp missions however, it’s only the single badge one. As far as the gun belt, there’s no way to get the belt unless the director mode glitch comes back but the chances of finding it with a mask is 10% out of 100%. So really there’s no way unless director mode comes back so you can get one of the IAA belt variations and or IAA/fib badge
Not with transfer, however there are ppl who can import that on your account for a price of course. I need to look into that method... since i don't know all the steps ✌
