Some of these comments are really negative and hateful so I'm just gonna leave this here:
If you want skinny legs or a thigh gap, then perfect! That's your decision and your body; if you will feel more comfortable, confident, and healthier, then good for you. This is a healthier and a great way to achieve your goal .
If you don't want this goal, or you find it "gross", "unnecessary", "unhealthy", then remember it is not YOUR body, it's THEIRS, if people wanna feel better then it's their decision and their opinion; you are no one to tell someone what's better for them, what they should do or shouldn't, if they look good or not.
Lastly; if your body has limits and you can't achieve this, then don't worry, your body structure is that way and it is normal; the important thing is to stay healthy and not to overdo it. We also have to accept us and love ourselves, not everything is about our body.

@@elainevm Sorry, I miss read that. You're right, everyone's body is different. Just because someone's body type is different, doesn't mean they're unhealthy. Besides, there are other ways to see if their unhealthy(which person should stary out of because of their not a doctor). No hard feelings.
Tara is fabulous she comes out with all these exercises that are always getting me results. Bring her back psychetruth!
I did this workout together with her outer thigh workout and I could barely lift my leg the next day. (I jog regularly and do other exercises.) I groaned all night and my husband kept asking if I was alright. I woke up and pulled my self to the workout carpet and succeeded to do day2. All the areas I want worked out feel sore. I will update y’all a month after this workout. Thank you Tara for this video. I roughly measured my thigh to be 26” on day 2 of my workout 😂.
I can never stay awake during Tara's workouts because her beginning stretch routine is so relaxing.

second- the second leg was so tough that i couldnt even lift it up for the third exercise

I enjoy doing this set of exercises ... feels like they are having the desired effect but I wish I could know how many calories burned. I am trying to locate leg and thigh on the floor exercise videos that provide calorie burn info
Unless you're lifting weights or doing cardio, you probably won't burn much from this kind of exercise

I mean I always work out on my period but also I've been working out for a long time and am very fit, so for me its not that much of a problem for me. But I think just go with how your body feels :))

Hey please I have a question.. why I am not feeling sore after doing this workout? I felt some pain on the first day but not after that anymore.. I've been doing it for 5 days with her other thigh workouts. Is it because there won't be any results?

There's a pose refered to as adductor side plank or adductor side bridge, should get your thighs a lot stronger, there are dynamic variations.

I swear Tara, you are body goals but can't go fully vegan tho. This workout is sooo hard but its the only one that I've notice results with.

When did you ever have thick thighs? And listing to you being so happy loosing another inch sounds like something an addict would say. Just show me some big guy or girl working out. Its like taking dietadvise from someone who never ever had an eating problem in their life. Sorry but it had to be said. Imho

Tara is a hardcore vegan. Not saying she was ever fat, but she is much thinner than she use to be. Here is old photo of her before her vegan days. You can see her thighs were larger.

I'm pretty sure Tara is in her mid to late 30s. She looks younger than she is.

If you really want to use ankle weights, go for it. I would say use some really light ones, as heavy ones may make your thighs bulkier because of the muscle.
