I’m Micronesian and I must say, I’m impressed by the amount of research you’ve done on this segment. History of Micronesia by Francis X Hezel should have enough information about this region if anyone’s interested. Yes, we are rich in culture, yes we have very strong traditions but we also watch RUclips a lot, spend loads of time on social media, and because of the Compact of free association with the U.S., we do have Micronesian families living and working all across the U.S. ...I may have a lot more to say but it’ll take me a whole lot of time so I’ll have to end with a little addition to the list of athletes. Jennifer Chieng is a Yapese who’s recently transitioned from her Wall Street job to be a professional MMA fighter and has just debuted her first fight on Bellator 208. Great channel you have here, I’m definitely subscribing cuz who wouldn’t wanna learn about countries in just 10 minutes? Kudos 👍

My grandfather fought in Operation Hailstone, when the US Navy caught the Japanese with their pants down and caused the single greatest navy loss in Japan’s history.
