    Toh sale deed kitne amount pe registery hoga.
    Kitne amount ke plot kitne Rs ke sale deed pe Registery liki jayegi iske liye ek video banaye🙏

    Thank you Sir for this informative video. I have one query regarding this Circle rate. As you mentioned in the video, it is decided by the Govt. but then what about the Market value (I heard this is calculated by the Sub registrar office -Govt). Also is the Stamp duty dependent on the Agreement Value or the Market Value or the Circle Rate? Thanks in advance.

    Sir ek hi property ( flat) ko kitne bar b sale karo to uss property ka har bar registration or stamp duty bharna padhega....buyer ko? Bolne ka mtlb hai jitne bar b propert sale karo utne hi bar property ka registration or stamp duty bharna hoga..1 property ko by law 10 time sell karne pr 10 time registration or stamp duty chukanna padega.

    What is set forth value . Is it corrected value of the property. If set forth value is less than market value and registration done on the basis of market value than which value should I take for calculation of capital gain
