So: 1. Minato is faster than hashirama i never doubted that at all facts.hes faster than raikage and tobirama and like kcm naruto and hiruzen 2. Minato should have great stamina since that along with chakra control and decent physical potential is required to attempt sage mode training and as we saw minato has sage mode so he has to have a great deal of chakra and stamina to even try it else he woult turn a frog or nothing would happen. 3. i just couldnt find a way where he kills hashirama. Hashirama can regen even fatal wounds, now minato can like cut him up, but even the mountain carving rasengans with sage mode on top is not gonna like kill hashirama, so can he hurt him, if he catches a vital point like the neck or the toreso above the lung or the ballsack then yes, but hashiramas body is just gonna say nope back together you go, if naruto can heal an organ as a child then i have no doubt hashirama could, so his defense/resistance with sage mode, his regeneration,chakra and his stamina will overwealm minato slowly until hashirama gets that wood dragon in and drain him dry. Minato is talented with insane reaction time with a few jutsus that makes him borderline demigod, hashirama has the body of a demigod with the power and arsenal to back it up, hes just superior.

Neither Hashirama nor Tsunade have any regen feats on a level to suggest they could survive their head being cut off, so that's a wincon, and actually something in character since Minato did that against the rock shinobi in Kakashi Gaiden. This is actually supported by Tsunade not regenerating her lower half when it was cut off, showing that severing the body in two is something beyond regeneration below six paths level. I imagine cutting through the throat or stabbing his heart or brain would achieve the same result.
They have a good point with the Dan thing but madara seen minatos power and didn’t even consider him a threat he said to the kage Hashirama could only stop me not minato lol and madaras stomps
Your wrong about that but ok Minato wasn’t concerning himself with Madara if you watch the fight closely most of his time was spent stopping the 10 tails and juubito Madara only wanted to fight hashirama because they were rivals the only time Madara interacted with Minato was when he already became the 10 tails Jin by that time nobody was on his level
