I am working on the HW100 and editing the videos as the work progresses (way more time needed for the video part...). I prefer to lubricate all o'rings always using silicone grease, some of them (in moving parts, like 2659A and 2655D) with just a thin coat. There are 2 videos ready, one more to publish today, I hope :-): ruclips.net/video/KAfTh9fwWnM/видео.html ruclips.net/video/FPsTP4iCSGE/видео.html
Thanks for this video, makes it easier to understand. Do you perhaps have something similar for the cylinder o-rings? It's a larger outer o-ring & a much smaller o-ring that's fits inside & behind the manometer...its leaking rapidly from the filling area (where the fill probe goes into? Thank you
Awesome channel. To be honest... The PCP maintenance is daunting for me. I want a HW100 ,but might have to stick with my rimfire and my springer. It just seems like the inevitable maintenance might wreck my head.
H100 .177 KT sub 12ft/lb. My above almost 3yr old PCP has dropped power from the original 11.3 ft/lb to 8 ft/lb. it has also doubled the shot count from 56 to 112 . Cylinder pressure does not get any lower even over days of unuse. Can you please advise me what is possibly causing the above issues. I was very happy with accuracy and consistency and it has never before given me any problem. your attention and advice will be greatly appreciated. John.
Your videos and information about Weihrauch HW 100 are precious! Thank you! In the end of this video you pointed out the mysterious O'ring of No. 2677, can you share the size of it? In addition, there are O'rings in the air cylinder of HW 100, do you know the sizes of them?

Thank you so much. I saved this as new playlist. I expect my HW 100 to last at least one lifetime, but i'll have to replace the o-rings some day.
thank you for spending the time ,id love to see a video showing how to service these, re where to oil/grease etc

Thank you. Indeed, the maintenance, accessories needed to fill the air reservoir, and total cost, can be discouraging.
From which year of manufacturing do I need main valve and firing valve "NEW"?
HW2677 is 2x1 or better 2x1.5. Thanx mate for Your informative video!
Thank you and welcome!
