Funniest part about Chris talkin about his buddy being on the spectrum, is that as someone on the spectrum we can spot another who is in a heartbeat, and Chris is 1000% one of us. Lmao
Love how you talk about energy. Its valuable. I suffer chronic fatigue (CFS/ME) and one of the causes of this illness is stress and trauma. Most people dont know prolonged intense stress is a form of trauma. So the contant barrage of energy vampires, soul sucking people and situations, and attention getters is part of the problem because thier external conditions. You can chose your friends and how you spend your time but its impossible to go anywhere without "risk of exposure". I literally had to become a recluse to save whats left of my autoimmune system. So. Struggle is real.
