I have fairly vivid memories of being in the map Decatei showed Summer Rain in (with the ninja mobs) a fair chunk of years ago and using Summer Rain on my newly made Hayato there and being amazed at the animation, dmg, range and long cd for a beginner tier skill, that must mean it was definitely unlocked on char creation at some point in the past
@PandaAsInTheCuteAnimal It was at some point, but a rework sometime after 5th job came out locked it behind 4th and made it no longer consume sword energy (as 5th job skills coming out already consumed all the energy generated).
You can consistently cancel Hitokiri hundred strike by pressing it between rai bladeflash animations, getting the timing down to start with is not super easy, but once you get it, its consistent. Blade flash is "two" stages of its animations, if you press Hitokiri hundred strike between these two animations, you will cancel the animation. The timing is not super tight, but you press attack wait about half the animation then hundred strike
Decided to switch servers from regular to reboot. After years of mainjnt bucc, i decided to make a change to hayato. This guide is a godsend, thank you so much!
Mid-air while flying up with surging, before the whole animation plays out and the sword is fully out and yo start to free-fall, press surging blade! Once done correctly you can do something like flashjump immediately afterwards
You made your hayato before a certain update but unlike other small skill reworks for KMS classes they didn’t reset specd SP so if you do it now I’m positive you will get the full SP for that job advancement because I did on my recent hyperburn
@@pickledokra2963 the next one is in December and we’re expecting to get two hyper burns, one of either Aran or Shade and the other we can choose any character
I'm around 261-262 in this video, so if you're going by how much damage I'm doing in comparison, that'd mainly be why! Also stronger equipment, higher level nodes, etc.
