#16 is not called "the winter", It is an EB without a jump. There were videos posted way before this that show it. She was just lazy or refused to call it what it is and made up a name for a trick that already existed, again it is not called the "winter", seriously that is stupid as hell.

I started jumping last fall at 44 years old. I'm 45 now and I just got the criss cross. I've just broken through where I can finally do a lot of basic tricks like the occasional kick, jump rope jacks and skier. I can't do bell yet. I had backwards, but I have to re-get it, because I'm messing up again now. Pretty soon I should be able to do some nice free styling. I couldn't even jump rope as a child so last fall I was doing one jump at a time for the first week and a half. It's so cool to see how far I've come.

A week ago I was started with jump roping.😀 After 30 jumps I was already tired and the next day I had a painful right knee! I was jumping on the right shoes.

Hey Diana sorry to hear about your knee pain. You need to ease your way into new exercises. Rest and reduce the amount next time might be a great way to start. I recently started running again and experienced knee pain so I will post a video of the rehab I am doing soon.

Young lady I got you beat by 9 years. That is impressive. I am a broke down former college athlete and can't do much anymore. Most kids don't have the desire or attention span to see through what you can do. Lot of these gals put these tighties on just to display. You are classy, fit, and most importantly demonstrate a bonafide skill. God bless you sister and every one else. If y'all still got a little bit health do what she does
