They aren't little, they're about 43cm (17") in length.
@@sentimentalbloke185 they are little compared to emus and cassowaries ;-)
(Imagine one of those sitting on her arm. With her Disney Princess qualities, she's probably lucky none of them live close to her ;-) )

Your channel has inspired me for a long time . I’ve been feeding and talking to my bird friends for a long while . Now they pester me when I’m gardening and the lorikeets sometimes drop onto my head and shoulders from their perch on the gutters of my house . They are so cheeky . Never knew those parrots had blue on them . Thanks for posting ❤

OMG. You got a King Parrot on your arm! I always consider them quite shy. And I love the sound of their chatter, especially between a male and a female.
Great video, male King Parrots are probably one of the best looking birds in the world other than the Rainbow Lorikeet.

What a beautiful bird. I have a local wild Magpie who I have named Gundemar who frequents my porch and even worries about me by singing at the front window if he / she has not seen me for a while. I have never fed it so it is not food motivated (I do keep fresh water available that I change each day).

What a beautiful boy! I’m a bird lover, but I can’t remember if these make good pets or not. I was looking at Indian Ring Necks, but these guys are beautiful. The females are really gorgeous too. It’s fascinating how differently colored they are, but still the same species.

Australia has so many beautiful small parrots it's just mind boggling.
I guess if you want to survive there you either have to be the most vicious and venomous (salties, cassowaries, kangaroos, platypus, taipans, etc) or you have to be the smartest (parrots) out there.
