Thanks to ipman 4 i was able to find this amazing marital artist where you can see the effectiveness and reality in Chris’s skill set i hope more content will be posted this is very much needed not just in wingchun but martial arts in general.
Could we get Chris Collins with Donnie Yen and other martial artists from the IP man 4 to be interviewed. Talking about the IP man 4 film and behind the scenes training and integrating the different aspects of martial arts into the IP man 4 film.
It’s all about mindset. He went in with the intent of effectiveness and testing it. Marine Corps Martial Arts program has some solid techniques but it won’t make you a skilled martial artist. I’m a black belt in MCMAP
he is a mma teacher he knows who the grapple how to box . he used wing chun for some techniques like disable weapon or fast punching . in real he will not use wing chun , he will unable use wing chun . he will fight as a normal dude
So many people have different conception of Martial Arts. What part do you place emphasis on.. the "martial" or the "art"? If you are prepared to accept weapons systems into your definition, then a Navy SEAL is a real martial artist...trained and practiced in real World combat to the highest level. Most of us train in predominantly empty hand systems as a HOBBY !! Our lives will only depend on our skills BY ACCIDENT. So.. is our goal to practice the Art, having a limited self defence ability as a byproduct? Then we can say we are an "artist". Looking to perfect the Art and ourselves, during a lifetime of practice. Those who just want to be able to fight...then go the MMA route. Test yourself. But don't call yourself an "artist" if you just want to learn to fight.
@@m.b.593 his whole military records and claims were all proven to be fake. he never went on any tours or missions, he was a radio operator for 6 months and never left base. check IG stolen valor

This guy inspired me to start my journey in martial arts.
P.S you should totally be a DLC in the mortal kombat games.
i want to see Chris Collins in actions movies as the main character. He has potential and still young to make many action Wing Chun movies.
So inspiring
I was gonna tell the dude to correct his form .. but then I noticed it was Chris Collins. He needs no tips from me lol. Carry on sir.
Is it just me, or Chris was really jacked in ipman 4
Great interview!
The only reason why wing Chun works with Chris Collins is because Master Collins learned military combat first as a foundation.

Asian americans had hard times growing up.
strange kiyo karate is a fake martial art but it has a good ring to it i wouldnt be supprised if someone doesn't open a dojo using kiyo as a method :)

Just found out he straight up downloaded the video I made about him, and posted it on his channel, without asking me...
