I'm following the steps but when I get to the second row ( 2nd round) front double post crochet Stitch section I count only seven places left instead of eight. I havent skipped any... where am i going wrong?
@@Sam-cj8fe did you do a DC in the first stitch as well as a DC in the last stitch? Missing those would do that. For the second row there should be multiples of 8 + 2 (for the starting DC and ending DC). Let me know if that doesn’t help!
@@hopecornerfarmcrochet I didn't even get to the 2nd DC because i realized I was 1 short for the back double post crochet stitch. I guess I will start again
@@Sam-cj8fe make sure when you are working the chain that you work the 1st DC of row 1 into the 2nd chain from the hook. That will help keep the stitch count where you need it.
