    MALABAR BREAKFAST CREPE
    Ingredients:
    1 egg
    3/4 cup flour
    1 1/4 cup water
    Salt
    Ghee
    Sugar
    FRIED CHICKEN BIRYANI
    Ingredients:
    1 kg chicken
    To marinate:
    2 tsp red chilli powder
    1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    Salt to taste
    For masala:
    2 cloves
    2 cardamom
    1 cinnamon
    4 large onions
    2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 tsp coriander powder
    1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    1/4 tsp garam masala powder
    5-8 green chillies
    3 tbsp yoghurt
    Coriander leaves
    Salt to tatse
    Oil
    For ghee rice:
    3 tbsp ghee
    2 cloves
    2 cardamom
    1 cinnamon
    3 cups jeerakashala rice/ basmati rice
    5 cups water
    Salt to taste
    COCONUT CREME CARAMEL:
    Ingredients:
    250ml coconut milk (1 full grated coconut plus 1 cup water or 5 tbsp coconut milk powder plus 250ml water)
    400 ml milk
    3/4 tin condensed milk
    1 3/4 tsp agar powder dissolved in 1/4 cup water or 10 g agar agar melted in 1 cup water
    For the caramel:
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup water
