CHICKEN CHUKKA
Ingrdients:
500 grams chicken
1 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Ginger chopped
1 tsp garlic chopped
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
2 big onions sliced
1/2 cup water
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Coconut oil
Salt to taste
PAAYI ROTI
Ingredients:
50 grams melted butter
1 egg
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups rice powder
Salt
Ghee

A very good place for arranging accommodation for guests! Its location very near to payyambalam beach and food from their hotel was an added advantage. 💯
