SPICY CHICKEN SHAWARMA
TO MARINATE CHICKEN:
400 grams chicken thighs
1/4 cup yoghurt
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Black pepper powder to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp olive oil
FOR SHAWARMA SAUCE:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vinegar
2 small garlic cloves
1 tbsp tahina
Salt to taste
Black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
TO ASSEMBLE:
Onion
Parsley
Tomato
Sriracha sauce
Cabbage
Chilli mayo

Ela adas are usually made in banana leaves, and I hope you were talking about kumbilappam which is made in those special leaves, we call it vayanaela (bayleaves) in our place. Every thing is ok .. morning breakfast u gave bread toast for kids .. and this coconut snack for lunch would be sufficient for them .. instead u can give some rice with rasam and chicken.

Since my daughter has excema, I am using doctor prescribed moisturizer for her. The brand name is la petite prince. For my youngest I am using aveeno moisturizer.

I used to give mostly what we eat itself. Mainly rice items and ragi, oats with vegetables, wheat porridge etc. Tbh I don’t remember much now. 😅
