Praneel Kumar So you are comparing a fijian city with Navi Mumbai, lolz. BTW the the brown people in fiji you are Indians are not Indians, Indians are those who have residency of India.

Sahiesh - I have a few questions if you can answer.
    1) Are those buildings in the first minute Nerul Junction at 0:34 and at 1:49 onward commercial office buildings or residential?
    2) At 1:14 what is that huge pipeline for?
    3) At Sanpada Junction at 3:26 buildings on the right look like residential block. If true, how much would a 1 Bedroom Flat cost?
    4) In the not so good areas, how much does a 1 Bedroom Flat cost?
I'll appreciate any feedback. You don't have to go crazy, only if you know the prices, then let me know. Thanks in advance.

      1) residential building excpet few.The glass facade buildings are commercial
      2) Thats a water pipeline. The water pipeline is mostly underground, but at that part its over the bridge as there is a river flowing below.
3)not very sure about the prices. But a very prime location.Prices will be very expensive.building name is shah complex

If there are videos like these of driving along side of established hi-end locations!!!! Would give. People better ideas!!!! Especially someone like me who have not been around all roads and routes and has to be something hi locality areas!!!! I loved watching your video, was very helpful. Thank you for posting.

  • @sahieshravichandran
    @sahieshravichandran  9 лет назад +7

@lukebccb The Starting part of the video is Palm Beach Road where the road is pretty good, almost equal to international standards, the latter is however bad due to the construction work going on for the NM elevated metro,Those roads will also become good once work is done.
Agree with you that Indians have a bad driving sense, but Mumbais driving discipline is better than most cities in India

Road seems good but you can see the drivers do not follow the basic rules - driving within marked lane, giving signal to change lane etc

I have traveled around South East Asia in late 90's and early 2000's and most SEA metro cities were like Mumbai and Navi Mumbai back then in terms of traffic, cleanliness and Infra. In the last 10 to 15 years countries such as Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia (even Sri Lanka) have improved a great deal. Almost matching Western standards in many pockets of their metros.
And of course we all no what China managed in the last 25 years. Most countries including India would be more than happy to achieve that in 40-50 years.
Although, I am very hopeful with this Government and some of its capable ministers that by 2035 we should see a much better India Infra-wise and Cleanliness wise.
BTW, brilliant video. Congratulations. Please keep them coming.

Saifullah nadeem I am not racist, I just hate when people pretend to be another nationality. I actually think India has all the power to become a developed nation, it is possible for every nation. Maybe giving fines for litter would be a good start :)
