Man Justin that hook up scared the crap out of me. I've used big bens for over 20 years to tow out trucks and others. That tube should have been down behind the frame of the truck being towed. Not hanging above. That way it doesn't push and massively reduces the sway from it hanging on the chains. I also always use a second chain to hang the front drive. That looked very dangerous to me. That truck could have started swaying severely with the connection you had to it. There should have been positive connection between the towed truck and the towing aperatus. Usually the back of the truck and the rear of the towing device are butt to butt and held by the chains and the weight of the truck. Trying to chain the axels and the truck with one chain is insane.

I think you are supposed to have the lift bar tight against the frame so it wouldn't sway back-and-forth would be much safer that way.
That's space in between the wrecker and the cabover is where the back and forth is coming from their shouldn't be any space in-between that
Yep he doesn’t have it tight to the frame of the truck
