The only problem with the $10k giveaway, which is legit by the way, is that there is a $20k visa charge to enter Koy4Gof as a tourist.
While you could technically apply for the Visa at the border at no charge, this requires you to enter the country between 1AM and 3AM, and all border passages are closed at night. so you are force to use the very helpful $20k visa agents services to get your free visa.
