    I'm in for the challenge.. right now I'm on a weight loss journey.. im doing time restricted fasting which is similar to IF.. Also brisk walking for 1 hour which burns nearly 500kcal according to my fitbit. Ive researched alot trying to juggle between workouts and ive got bit strength on my core. My only doubt is since im doing brisk walk, can i start jogging? Ive heard many people saying that jogging and running increases hunger and infact increases production of cortisol.. what are your views on this point..? Do u recommend jogging (medium intensity) for weight loss?
    And yes, im in for a weight loss challenge😊

      Hey, of course you can go for jogging that burns more calories than walking.. And cortisol is a hormone that gets released when you are stressed not when you jogging.. so don’t worry about it, you go ahead man 💪 it’s a full body workout 🌸

    ഞാൻ one week ആയി start ചെയ്തിട്ട്..84kg ആയിരുന്നു രണ്ട് day കൊണ്ട് 82.9ആയി പക്ഷെ മൂന്നാമത്തെ day 83.7എനിക്ക് ഭയങ്കര സങ്കടം ആയിപോയി ഇന്നിപ്പോ 6th day ആണ് ഞാൻ നോക്കീല്ല വീണ്ടും കൂടിയത് കണ്ടാൽ വിഷമം ആകും...give up ചെയ്യാനൊക്കെ മനസ് പറഞ്ഞു പക്ഷെ ചെയ്യില്ല എനിക്ക് 66kg ആക്കണം...6:30ക്കും 7pm ഇടക്ക് ഡിന്നർ കഴിക്കും sugar ee 6 day യും പൂർണമായും ഒഴിവാക്കി..ഇനിയിപ്പോ നാളെ നോക്കണം എത്ര ഉണ്ടെന്ന് കുറഞ്ഞേൽ മതി ആയിരുന്നു
