I agree with the idea that this isn't Eve because it sounds too easy to jump to that conclusion. And even though this character might not be named Adina, it's possible she will have that mentality or ideals like her from the Zoophobia comics. Though, one of the first things I noticed when I saw her face in the trailer was the fire in her eyes. It made me think that she could be an angel of war or a particular general alongside Adam and the angel exterminators. With the implication that all exterminators in Adam's legion are female angels, she wouldn't be above him. However, I highly believe that she is the one who thought about the annual extermination and ran it by Adam, (which he gave the green light to) and that's how the exterminations came to be. But that's just my take on the short clip of her! I cannot wait to see where Hazbin takes us on this hell of a ride and what kind of shenanigans Charlie & the cast will face!!😄😄
I remember hearing the theory that Vaggie was an ex exterminator which explains the X on her eye, her spear and she has the same color pattern as them, after watching the new Trailer and seeing the new Angel Woman, it just immediately remembered of Vaggie and it had me thinking what if the new angel is Vaggie's Mother because she has the same skin, hair and without the flame in her eyes the same eyes and I could be wrong but I just thought it was Interesting
I believe Eve is the leader of the angel unit that handles the diplomatic side of things while Adam commands the Extermination Team. That would be funny if Adam and Lilith used to be together until they broke up and met their current partners bringing in their biblical roots. I also believe Eve wants to see Hell burn because of that.
I know in some version's of the snake and apple story Lilith was the one that tricked Eve. I think its possible that Eve would hold resentment towards Lilith both do to the humiliation of being tricked into doom humanity and the insecurity of being both God and Adam's "second choice". Along with Lilith being made equal to Adam, made of the same dust, and Eve being made less then, coming from Adam's rib.

In Neil Gaiman's Sandman series, there's a time when God tried to create a woman again after Lilith, but it freaked Adam out because of all the body horror, so she was discarded before God did the rib thing with Adam. Neil Gaiman's usually good at his research with most mythologies/folklore when it comes to adapting them to his stories, but I don't know how accurate it is to actual Biblical texts. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I think the look on her face (eyebrows tell everything) is not malice or anything, it looks like she is unconfortable seeing all this suffering, but puts a good face to bad game (maybe to not lose her authority in heaven?). The Angel is Seraph, she is the highest order in the celestial hierarchy, She is usually associated with Light, Order and Purity. Seraph is a Seraphim type angel who are known to have a fiery passion to do gods bidding hence the fire in her eyes.

One concept that would be interesting to look at while in heaven would be one that i like to call blind good. Basically when you do a surface good action without fully thinking it through, this opening the door for something worse to happen. I can think of a few examples but a good one could be you see a homeless guy begging, so you give him something valuable, too buy food and shelter for a day or so, later you find him stabbed to death for that valuable item. In the hellavers i can easily see the cherubs being hired by someone going "oh know that poor old man is about to kill himself, stop him please" then find out later that old man had experimented on actually poor people and would continue to do so for the rest of his life. These people could easily be both the reason why heaven is so corrupt currently, but also possible allies for charlie in heaven.

I've read and watched some pretty interesting comic dubs of sorts in other videos, Im not sure if they are canon though. Storyline wise, the comics involve Lucifer's siblings, the theme of the comic starting off after Lucifer had been sent down to hell after abandoning God's ways. Lucifer's supposed sister (can't remember name), had lost her mind and began causing havoc and war between other angels and demons as well, filled with hatred and confusion towards Lucifer and why he did what he did. This video reminds me of that. I can't say that this correlates with the character, but it highly reminds me of the comic.

She wants to do more than just "smile and wave." Emily hopes Charlie can succeed with her hotel but Sera is more suspicious and appalled. Sera ("princess"/"burning one"), is more serious and burdened like the Archangels. Although she doesn't like the exterminations either, she feels they are necessary to protect Heaven. She had learned not to trust demons from an early age. Sera is fine with Adam and Lute doing their jobs under her, but, like Emily, hates his derogatory acts against women and prefers not to interact with him at all.
I would enjoy a discussion comparing and contrasting our Alastor in HH with the traditional Alastor of Greek myths. He is said to be the tormentor and executioner of the most evil sinners in Tartarus in the myths.

I have a theory that the Angel is Lilith, Lucifer wife. My theory goes that Lilith was “Redeemed” and whet to heaven for what reason. And, let’s just say that Lucifer is against Charlie’s idea for the hotel, like we hear in the pilot. So, the reason why Lucifer would be against Charlie’s sinner redemption, would be that he wouldn’t want her to go to heaven, like Lilith. And he be all alone to manage Hell. I haven’t heard anyone else’s theory like this so, I thought I would share it. 😸
Honestly, making God a woman has become just as overplayed as making him a man. It'd be really cool if Hazbin Hotel took an approach similar to the webcomic Jack where God was depicted as this neutral mishmash of both, basically giving a literal meaning to "we're all made in his image".
Perhaps she supplies Adam and the Exorcists with their blessed weapons, helping them prepare for Extermination Day each year. As her name Sera it could be short for "Seraphiel" an angel in the apocryphal Book of Enoch. In some texts they're known as the Angel of Silence.

I’d also like to point out, that Viv could have made her crown gold to match Adam’s halo, but instead it’s a similar color palette to Adina. Could be an Easter egg, or a little tie in that connects the two characters. I love little things like that

I have a theory that the Angel is Lilith, Lucifer wife. My theory goes that Lilith was “Redeemed” and whet to heaven for what reason. And, let’s just say that Lucifer is against Charlie’s idea for the hotel, like we hear in the pilot. So, the reason why Lucifer would be against Charlie’s sinner redemption, would be that he wouldn’t want her to go to heaven, like Lilith. And he be all alone to manage Hell. I haven’t heard anyone else’s theory like this so, I thought I would share it. 😸

Honestly, making God a woman has become just as overplayed as making him a man. It'd be really cool if Hazbin Hotel took an approach similar to the webcomic Jack where God was depicted as this neutral mishmash of both, basically giving a literal meaning to "we're all made in his image".
