Hi! You’re correct your backpack is not defective. The handles placed further back on the bag indicate that the backpack was made in the USA. The PSMs made in France have the handle more centered. ☺️ not sure why they decided to do that but your backpack is cute nonetheless! Also if your backpack was made after March 2021 you won’t have a barcode, you’ll have a microchip! You can download NFC tools app to locate where the microchip is :)

Omg you saved me, i was able to snag the mini but was freaking out because it didn’t have a tag, thank you. I download the app and sure enough it’s chipped
i did not do the waitlist, however i did sign up for the email online before and got an email about it being back in stock and had about a 5 min window to buy it before it went sold out again. This one i purchased by calling LV and asking them which stores have one ( i have about 5 stores in ny area) thank you for watching 💕 good luck!

I just received mine and it also made in France and the bag has date code and it was made on the week of 18th 21(1821) it about 4 months old!
