Nah m8 I don't agree about that we always hear hl2 fast zombie noises even in shitty RUclips videos personally I'm done listening that noises we hear a lot really really lot that noises in anywhere gmod mods hl2, hl2 mods almost every map uses that and I think this noises are custom so It's special
It's all half-life standart numbers. I recreated old half-life beta npc, who was removed from release version (human sergeant with minigun). He's doing hell of a damage.
No enemies did less damage to Assassins because of their slim bodies, black body-suit and fast moments....Removing armor stats would balance things since Assassin should not have armor in the first place..

Yes. Also I tried to work with A.I to adapt npc's behavior for stealth gameplay, but it was bad idea because it's doesn't feels like Half-Life anymore(

I agree with RUSA, this is a new style of play for us, after all, we ain't gordon freeman, that and didn't in the original game Gordon used some stealth tactics against the HECU as well ?
This is a very good idea for a mod, funny that in all these years no one has thought to make one where you play as a female assassin. Playing one of these babes in first person only makes you wish you could play in 3rd person just to watch that tightly clad body bound about.
Then again, just looking at one of your videos and i see a big, fat, greasy looking nerd with a neckbeard. This type of disgusting comments doesn't surprise me.

Looks very interesting, really looking forward to this mod. Always wanted to see the events of Black Mesa from the Black Ops assassin's side. I hope she doesn't die lol. And she should fight some Race X Aliens too instead of just Xen Aliens and maybe she'll see some of those big buff zombies from Opposing force too. She should kill lots of HECU Military soldiers so that would explain why the HECU was forced to retreat so soon not just because of the aliens and Gordon but also because of her killing lots of them. Really like the animation and sounds you think for her plus the assassin zombie and everything. Hope you will release this mod eventually cause it looks very good and interesting. Potential to be better than the Guard in Blue Shift, better than Adrian in Opposing force, and even better than Freeman in HL!
Wow, that really breathed life back into the game. Best mod idea I've seen in years. Great new perspective. You need to promote this idea. Made me go back and get my original Sierra CD to reinstall.

Fİrst of all Well Done man!!! The idea of playing as an assassin is really great and there are really good ideas in this mod. I wanna say some things that comes to my mind; - The platforming breaks between fightings are really well placed - Maybe there can be one more stealth weapon for long range shooting - Jumping sound might be more silent - Some indoor places can have more space to manuever since the character is really agile - There can be more forced stealth combat sections - We can see the story of how a female assasian becomes zombie with a scripted event These are my thoughts watching this test(I dont know about programming so this might look silly ^^ ). This is a really great mod idea,its good to see that you are still working on it. Good luck with the mod man it feels great.

Where did you hear it was canceled? I'm pretty sure it is still being developed. There are videos on this channel showcasing features that were published just a few months ago. More recent than you posted this comment.
I like that mp5 with supressor but maybe you should replace the Beretta with a mk 23 SOCOM. There should be a supressed shotgun model like a Benelli M3 or something like that. And a crossbow for that extra silent kill. I don't know if you should add more like a revolver. Other than what I say was just my personal opinion. Keep going dude. Your proyect looks solid good.
I would agree if this project was about stealth killing. But it's action like original Half-Life. It's all about Valve's AI system. For stealth action I should mess with AI schedules which can break original gameplay. And originally I planned only stealth weapons (like u mentioned) and cut off most of Half-life arsenal, cuz our protagonist is fast and agile girl you know. But then, when testing, I realized that assassin abilities (fast running, kicking, fast reloadings) are more fun with smg's, rifles, heavy machine guns, etc... In this moment I'm trying to add double glock's and mp5's (gotta get them from another mod - brutal of half-life). Will see how it will works. Also I thinking about additional maps in different locations with different weapons just for fun, not for story mode. And if u wish, I can add fgd file in future, so players can create their own maps. Only problem is - my job takes a lot of time. I almost haven't free time for modding.
Can somebody please do a Bloodrayne or Nocturne mod with this so we can see Rayne and or Svetlana Lupescu kicking vampire, zombie and monster ass. It’d be dope seeing them drink and drain human soldiers or terrorists for health while simultaneously slashing apart monsters and shooting and blowing up anything else.

She has a lot of health, I would advise to reduce health or increase damage from enemies.

Residual Life and Residual Point have a female protagonist. One of them, at least.

This has the greatest mod potential ive ever seen for a half life mod. It looks so far that a campaign with this mod would be a blast to burn through.
