Yeah, I was watching “a football life: Emmitt Smith” the other day and it had younger Larry on there explaining that he became the pro on and off the field that he became because of his 2 years with Emmitt Smith when Emmitt went to Arizona to wind down his career.

And you had Boldin on the other side. An elite humble guy and great teammate! Then Kurt Warner was like damn I better find whatever it was I had in the MVP season with the rams. And then mofo threw that halftime SB pick. I can't talk about it I'm a cards fan and I still can't get over it. I've cried twice after a football game. 1st time was in 8th grade. I was the teams QB and OLB. Our first game we were up 8-0 on the opponents. The other team drove down the field by running QB sweeps (away from my side mind you) and scored a TD. Time ran out and they were going for 2. Our league didn't have OT draws were draws. I KNEW FOR A FACT. They were going to run a sweep/stretch/ option away from me. I told my entire team they were going to do that. They scored the 2 pt conversion 😭😭. I couldn't believe it. Like bruhhh I told the whole fucking team what THEY WERE GOINg TO DO and my team let me down. I should've just ray lewised that shit and fully commit on a snap count lol. And the only other time was 1 year later when the cards lost the SB. My aunt was a huge Cardinals fan and she had lymphoma and she was going to die a week after the SB and I was watching it with her.

Larry Fitzgerald is widely considered by fans, coaches and peers to be one of the greatest receivers in NFL history. He was the heart and soul for the team that drafted him as the #3 overall pick. He played all 17 seasons with all with the Arizona Cardinals. He carried the Cardinals to their first ever Super Bow appearance. He is second in NFL career receiving yards with (17,492), second in career receptions with (1,432), and sixth in receiving touchdowns with (121). Salute to #11 Larry Fitzgerald!!!

But he ain't going over the middle taking hits , running slants, etc. Moss & Jerry are immortal in my book. But there's one dude right with them in total yds and that's Fitz. Loyalty is my absolute Number 1 trait as a human being. Loyalty is everything.
Adrian Wilson is my favorite football player of all-time, followed by Aeneas Williams, and Larry Fitzgerald.
Those 3 are the greatest to ever play at their respective positions (Deion who?! Jerry who?!), and yet they stayed loyal and devoted to AZ. They could have requested a trade at anytime, but they wanted to stay in AZ.
Yes, we absolutetly suck for all eternity, and our ownership is trash, but I will take what I can get.

I was a freshman in HS when he was on the cover of NCAA football so I always followed him because I've never seen anyone from Pitt recognized before being from Idaho and all.
It goes Jerry Rice, Larry Legend, Tim Brown in my top 3.

As good as he was in Arizona, I first saw him when he was in college at Pittsburgh because I'm a huge Miami Hurricanes fan and I had no doubts he'd be a star, he used to just grab everything. He was amazing, maybe the best receiver in college football ever. Him and Randy Moss were the best at going up and grabbing the ball over everybody.

Completely agree and it can't be argued. He's caught a pass from the most QBs in NFL history at 23. Second most of all time is actually hopkins at like 13 I think. Larry might have played for the same team his entire career but he proved he would have succeeded in any situation
