The error is when these men or women in error say, "Give X amount of money into this ministry, and you'll get double for your trouble," or whatever scam they promote. The book of Malachi is about God withholding rain upon the land and allowing the locusts to eat the crops of the Jewish farmers. The Jewish people were not tithing according to the OT law, and they were also not allowing the land to rest on the 7th year. They were neglecting to perform ritual obligations, not observing the Sabbath, not keeping it holy, and not leaving the corners of their fields for the poor to glean. The list is extensive.
In Malachi 3:10, God says, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the Lord Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it." This was a national prophecy to the NATION of the Jews, not an individual! The blessing mentioned is rain. Yes, rain. The next verse says, "I will prevent pests from devouring your crops." The "devourer" refers to the locusts, which devoured all the crops, as God said would happen as part of the curse. So the Lord is saying, "I'll break the drought by sending lots of great rain, and when your crops grow as a result of this, I'll also keep away the bugs, aka the locusts."
This has nothing to do with money or an individual. This is a heretical teaching from these people; it's leaven. Let me further illustrate. If a Christian man or woman spends $1,000 on blankets and socks and goes out on the streets to give them to the poor and homeless, would they expect, according to Malachi 3:10, that when they come back home, there would be blankets and socks supernaturally restored in their garage where they kept them? Of course not. We give not to get. We give to bless and store for ourselves riches in heaven.
So if God wouldn't miraculously restore the blankets and socks that were used to distribute to the poor and homeless, why would we expect the same for CASH? Something is wrong here; you can't have it one way but expect it to work in another way. It's false teaching. The church left Jerusalem in power, went to Greece where it became a philosophy, then it went to Rome where the church became an institution, and then it came to America and became a business.
There will be a great hell to face at judgment day for so-called Christian teachers and preachers who make merchandise out of Jesus' bride and persuade her with this work of the flesh. You don't mess with Jesus' bride and lead her astray after money (mammon). Does it not say, don't even desire to be a teacher, for you'll be judged with the greatest measure, and if you fail in this, I believe you'll be cast out. Benny's legacy, by his own fault, bad moral character, some fall into sexual sin, some into pride, some into CASH. Benny is in bondage to the 3rd and have taught others to do the same. Bennys legacy will be that he will go down as corrupting on wholesale Nigerian churches with his error. It is so egregious what he has done, and I believe he (Benny) has an anointing for healings, no question in my mind, but there is also a lie with that as well, that not as many people are being healed as claimed, which is not hype imo, but a lie, cant he be honest about this? However, an anointing for miracles will mean nothing in heaven because it won't be needed in the Kingdom to come. Truth, righteousness, and the joy of the Holy Spirit will be the foundation of the Kingdom, with the Son of God at the center of it all in His glory. I think this whole on Benny and it coming to the light is probably a God thing, to force him to really really repent before the bride and body of christ, or if not he will go the other way, as the worlds wealthiest minister probably a world record holder no doubt, maybe Copeland beats him him on this i dont know, but this is all done on the backs of the Bride of Christ, not by owning a business or invention, but Benny, selling Money making Indulgences like the Catholic church. Why cant he just come clean, admit he has done wickedly, in this regards, get clean before the church and God. The one issue i want to bring up, is where is all the massive amount of money probably in the millions he raised to open that healing disneyland like healing theme park in Texas. I remember that, them all of a sudden you dont hear about it again. Reminds me a bitcoin scam or something. Where did those $$ go? This is what should also be brought up, and ask Benny about this...

We are blessed to BE a blessing. We should not have to go to the world begging for a few dollars to take care of people and preach the Gospel; ACTUALLY the world should have to COME TO US. We are supposed to be the head and NOT the tail, the lenders and NOT the borrowers. We've had it exactly BACKWARDS. And people we are called to help have suffered as a result. When we become conduits of blessings for the poor and disadvantaged God will make sure we never run dry,
Not exactly, you will suffer of your faith in Jesus Christ. We are in the world but not of the world. Do not love the things of the world, fame, money, popularity, and material possession, etc. Don't promote prosperity, promote holiness and righteousness.
When. God speaks of Blessing and you will be Blessed. He's not talking money. He's talking care of others. Earth is not our home it's our ministry. Prosperity teaching is off!!!
