No, the layout is extremely different. Patriot is by b&m and mind eraser is by vekoma. The main difference is that mind eraser is EXTREMELY rough.

+BryceFourn 2001 Vekoma SLC's are the worst! I rode the "Invertigo" at Kings Island that's an SLC Boomerang that thing gave me a headache and tunnel vision at the same time! :(

I never been on a Vekoma SLC but i hear they are hated by a lot of coaster fanatics. Im guessing in a way they are like the painful poor man's budget version of the B&M invert. lol
This is the only Vekoma SLC I've ever ridden, but it never bothered me a bit to be honest. B&M's of course are the best no matter which way you look at it of course, but this SLC was enjoyable for me.
I’ve ridden this one and Flight Deck, Canada’s Wonderland’s SLC. As bad as the Darien one is, Flight Deck is much worse.
